I loved loved loved this story and Sahra is such a badass. This story is unique and I immediately got sucked into the world.
My only complaint and this is small - is I truly struggle with modern phrases and references in a fantasy world. I loved how this is an easy fantasy read, even with the magic system but it’s something that bothers me.
But overall I loved it, I vibed, I can’t wait for book 2!!!!

I DEVOURED this book! I read it start to finish in less than 24 hours. I could not put it down!
This is a fast paced, very well written, new adult fantasy romance that will keep you on the edge of your seat from page one.
Sahra is a runaway sorcerer who will lie, cheat and steal to hold on to her freedom. Unfortunately for her, after a run in with some demons, she wakes up in the very place she ran from when she was a child. Now it’s a race to regain her freedom while protecting her true identity…and her heart.
I loved this book and these characters so much. Sahra is a badass, morally grey female who knows how to take care of herself. Seriously. When we first meet her she is scaling a cliff covered in dragon dung!
She meets two potential love interests in this story (don’t worry, it’s not a love triangle!) One is dark and broody and the other is a golden retriever with a hero complex. The banter and flirting between the characters is fantastic. It had me cracking up on several occasions. The spice level is low in this book but there are still some hot moments with great tension and I believe the authors have said it will pick up as the series progresses so we’ve got something to look forward to!

I was given this lovely arc to read early. Omg! Omg! This book is soooo good! It has you on the edge of your seat from the beginning to the end! So many twist and turns that you don’t know what is going to happen next. This was an easy fast paced read with humans, fae, pixies, trolls, and dragon dung. Lol This book had me biting my nails and laughing at the same time. I absolutely love this book and I hope you do too!

What a story. First off I’ll admit, I was nervous because the fantasy genre isn’t my go to. I’m easily confused with worlds and unique names. For me it’s tough to keep things straight. This story was an exception. The entire time I was engaged! I knew what was going on at all times and the pacing was PERFECTION!! There was never a dull moment in this book! Action packed for sure. Always something going on which kept me on the edge of my seat.
Magic Cursed to told in Sahara’s POV and she’s our badass demon-slaying main character. I LOVED her! She’s strong, witty and fierce. She can fight, she’s smart and really a force! We have two potential love interests and that’s all I’ll say about that 😁.
This world is made up of dragons, ogres, pixies, Fae, and LOADS of magic!! There’s death, there’s fighting (but not graphic). Virtually no spice but believe me when I say romance is there.
All in all I thoroughly enjoyed this story about Sahra and how she found her home again. I will definitely be ordering a physical copy to add to my library and anxiously await book two!

So, I the story about a month ago and holy cow did I love it. It took me about two days to read and I absolutely LOVED it! The pacing of the book was perfect for me, it was slow enough to really appreciate the world but fast enough where there wasn't any dead time.
The world is beautifully written and I really appreciate that it wasn't just Fae and Humans in the world, but other creatures such Dragons...yes thats right DRAGONS! This did, however, leave me wanting just a bit more time in Hydenglen just because I wanted more of that delicious world building.
The MC was a badass and I loved her! She was not afraid to get dirty and
get the job done throughout the book! The spice in this was not too much but just enough to make things interesting.

-(READ FROM 3/5-3/6). I loved everything about this book! I felt connected to the characters and was invested in the story. I was pretty much hooked from page 1. We’ve got Sorcerers, Fae, Trolls, Dragons & so much more.
-Our FMC must hide her true identity because she is the daughter of one of the most hated people of the Kingdom. She is a fighter and doesn’t allow herself to get attached to anyone. The story is fast paced and just so good. I really loved the relationships and finding out more about our main character and her past.
-I am so grateful that I was able to receive an Arc and rave about this book to anyone who will listen. If you love epic and magical worlds where Magic is forbidden. And the tension between the FMC and (you’ll have to read to find out)!!!! I enjoyed every single second. I need book 2 like NOW!!!

I was so privileged to receive an advance copy of this for a review. And let me tell you this book will have you hooked from the first chapter. It has all your favorite fantasy characters fae, trolls, pixies, sorcerers, and humans. The author does an amazing job at describe the world she created. It has a strong FMC, cave trope, found family, and more.

Where to even start?! This book was phenomenal!
Dragons, fae, magic, swoon worthy men, adventure, steamy flirting and funny moments too… this book has it all!
If you love the fantasy romance genre, this is a MUST! The magic system was easy to follow, the world building beautiful, and the characters were all very well developed.
Magic Cursed is full of emotion, adventure and PLOT TWISTS that you won’t see coming 😍 The way you fall in love with the characters and root for them throughout the story is a fun adventure in itself.
Along the way I found myself so emerged into the story it was like watching a movie inside my head. I finished this book a couple of weeks ago and I still haven’t been able to stop thinking about it. I am SO excited to see where this series goes.
Another amazing plus: it didn’t leave on a gut wrenching cliff hanger to kill you while you wait patiently (or more likely, impatiently) for the next book to come out.

The world building/plot-100% there, The writing-phenomenal, the emotion and suspense-other worldly. 🤯
I was transfixed and immersed in the beautiful broken world created, I couldn’t get enough.
Magic Cursed is a fast read. Easy to follow along. Banter/Humor level: off the charts. Spice level: 3/5, slow but the sexual tension: 4/5 🥵.
Sahra is the definition of strength and beauty.
Daimis is just perfect, he has a permanent spot in my heart.

Loved this book. It drew me in right from the start. Sometimes when there is new world building it can be difficult to enjoy it from the beginning and truly feel hooked, but not with this book. The world building was simple yet enjoyable. A few nice plot twists along the way as well.

A girl who is doing everything and anything she needs to do in order to achieve her goals and live a better life, a girl who isn’t afraid to get dirty and fight for what she wants. I was blessed to receive this book as an ARC and I absolutely devoured it!!! The plot twists, the badass female MC, the dragons and other mythical characters had me eating this book up!
I did feel as if the ending could’ve been a little different. Don’t get me wrong, I loved the book overall, but the ending had so much potential to end on a major cliffhanger (although being as impatient as I am and not wanting to wait to know what happens made me happy it didn’t).
I absolutely can not wait for the next book to come out!!!

So this book literally has it all from mythological creatures such as dragons, fae, trolls, pixies etc, to great world building, characters you love and hate and then some you even relate with. The secrecy and magic in this book kept me wanting more and more. Trying to figure out what would happen next. Which I hope the next book is in the works, cause I need to know what happens! I won’t get into any spoilers, but I love Sahra’s character, and you can’t help but love Kellan and Daimis too. But I’m sorry, Daimis wins hands down! This book is great for those who want to step into a romantic fantasy that isn’t to heavy on the romance, but gives us just that right amount to balance it all out. I mean who doesn’t love some good tension!

I really enjoyed this book. It is fast-paced and a wild ride from start to finish. It had many elements that I love including a strong female MC, action, political motives, a slow-burn romance, love triangle and a few more that I won’t give away as they are part of the big reveals. I feel invested in the characters and cannot wait for the next installment!

Magic Cursed is well written with a fast paced plot that sucks you in quickly in this new adult fantasy romance novel with a little spice added in! This sucked me right in and I didn’t want to put it down! It starts off with Sahra covered in dragon dung climbing a cliff to avoid detection from the dragons and of course a very handsome “rock” gets in the way starting the first chapter making you want more of this book! Sahra is a badass who needs no one! Also a morally grey female and we know we love seeing that, a woman who can handle herself and doesn’t need rescuing!

This book has literally everything I love in it!!. I love intricate world building, but I need something that gets me hooked pretty quickly, or I lose interest. This book had me hooked from the very beginning. The characters were so relatable. Sahra is a badass, and the way she stays true to herself and trusts her intuition is laid out very well. Kellan and Daimis are perfect compliments to each other, and there are so many things that make them each attractive. This book has so many good tropes, including Badass FMC, Daughter of the Villan, Hidden Identity, Court Politics, and Why Choose. The overlap with all kinds of magical creatures like Dragons, Pixies, Ogres, and not forgetting sorceres and Fae was so well done. I love how they were intertwined and the level of detail that went into them. The level of detail in this book was so high that it was like reading a movie. There were no loose ends left undone, and there were some incredible secrets revealed. It's absolutely an incredible read and one that I haven't stopped thinking about since I finished it, and that says a lot. Do not sleep on this book!!!

Magic Cursed us such an amazing read. The world building was so well done and the writing was really good, it really helped me imagine things like the were a movie in my head. The story was fast paced but it didn’t leave me confused like some do. From the first chapter we are thrown into the action and it was so easy to follow the story through the book. It has magical creatures like Fae, trolls, dragons, sorcerers, etc. The magic system was easy to follow and understand. I loved the main character and how badass she was. She didn’t mind getting dirty and fought for what she wanted. This book was definitely a great book and I absolutely recommend to everyone that likes fantasy with magical creatures and some romance in it.

I was so excited to get an ARC of this book. Magic Cursed had me guessing in all the best ways. It was full of intrigue, adventure, and a tiny bit of spice. Found family, love triangle, villains, fae, pixies, trolls, it has it all.
The characters were easy to connect to and the twists and turns along the way kept me up reading into the early morning hours (I know we can all relate).
The world building was also great. I could imagine where I was throughout the story because everything was so well described and setup for each piece of the story.
There is a strong, independent FMC but she also lets the romance in and can be a partner which is something that you don’t always see with a badass main character energy.
It was a great, easy read that kept me completely immersed the entire time.

I received this book as an advanced copy for my honest opinion. And all I can say is wow! This book just wow! I wasn’t quite sure what I was getting into at first, but the moment I got the book and read the first chapter I was hooked. I literally finished finished in less than 24 hours. This book is very fast paced which I highly enjoyed. It had everything that I enjoyed all in one book. I’m not going to give away any spoilers, but trust me this is definitely the book for you!

I was fortunate enough to get an ARC of Magic Cursed and leave this review willingly... I thoroughly enjoyed this book so much! If I wasn't working my 7 day stretch, I would have binge read it in a day. The banter between the MC and MMC was amazing and fit so perfectly.. The world building and magical world the author created was fabulous.. This was definitely a slow burn, but the storyline line and the tension were well worth the character development and lots of surprises at the end, leaving me wanting the next book ASAP.. I'll definitely be re-reading this when it comes out and recommending it for our book club because I need to share it and talk about it with others .. Definitely an author, I'll be looking into her other works and following her book releases

Do not be deceive by the cover. When I received this ARC I was not able to get any idea of what I was getting into from the front cover (I like to go in blind with the books i read 🤗). All I knew was that it had magic but once I started the book I was hooked! There was action. Very good plot. World and story development was detailed and easy to follow along. A strong and very badass MFC. All around I was very very impressed with the book. It is 1am and I couldn't put this book down. Will I be sleep deprived tomorrow? Yes, yes I will. Was it worth it knowing how it would end? Absofreakinglutely! Thank you to the author for allowing to read this awesome story. If you like the following tropes then this book is for you.

This book took me by surprise. I normally just read dark romance, but I was craving fantasy for some reason, and this book did NOT disappoint. I was team Kellan from start to even the end despite what an ass he ended up being. The book didn’t feel much like a love triangle to me due to the fact that Daemis was obviously the favored one and as soon as he entered the picture, Kellan faded into the background. So it was pretty obvious who she was going to end up being with.
Personally, I like love triangles where the FMC actually has to choose between the guys. This kind of made it too easy on her and on the readers in my opinion.
Other than that, I have no complaints. It was a great story with dragons, ogres, trolls, pixies, Fae, demons, and more. I can’t wait until book 2!!!

I love this book!
Id like to note I am a slow reader normally, takes me up to two weeks to read one book. I read this book in 4 days! (Which is really fast for me, I know it may not be as fast for others) I couldn't put it down. It's a fast paced book and I was honestly overwhelmed with how much I enjoyed the characters, the development of the characters, the world, and the different types of magical creatures.
I don't want to give any spoilers, so if you love fae, dragons, strong female characters, magic, pixies and romance. I recommend you give this book try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
