Amelia Hutchins Supernatural syndicate was fucking hot!!!!
Raithe Dravyn is a fucking beast!!!! I love how totally alpha he was with a whole lot of psychopath vibe! This monster is not for the faint of heart! But boy can he make a women wet! And the fangs and all over tattoos have given me the hornies!!And chevelle is a smart bad ass bitch who has suffered in the past but who has more balls then most men and together with Raithe the chemistry and sex was like a napalm bomb violent and all consuming leaving both open and vulnerable! Can't wait to see where this story is heading but if this little short story is any indication I'm gonna need several clean pair of panties and maybe two boxes of tissues for clean up!😂 its a short read! But wow! It is hot!!!!!😅

Barely a book

I've read many of this authors books before and enjoyed them. I've just paid for this book expecting the same, and I feel ripped off. Too short for the price and the story barely got started.

You're going to hate that you love it!😍

Oh girl, I have missed you so. Ms. Hutchins, I feel like I have been going through some withdrawals. So when I saw this come out, it was a definite buy and read for me. Now that I'm done with it, all I can tell you is that I love and hate it.

I love that Ms. Hutchins is bringing us those characters that she does best. In this book, she gives us that Alpha male that is smug and devilishly handsome with his bad boy vibes and enough "evil deeds" as baggage to tarnish the holy. His words and actions continue to lead not only the FMC but the reader through a twisted chase; never knowing if his intentions are good or bad, or who is being chased or doing the chasing. It's really a fine line that pulls and gives in a most delicious way in this seductive game.

We get the strong yet mysterious FMC that has a darkness that yearns to be conquered into submission by a man who is willing to overcome that outer layer of dominance. Hutchins gives us these women that have these depths and layers but are still very s3xual.

Bring the together, and you have an erotic dance, fighting for dominance between the two with these elements of the PN that are totally unexpected and knowing that their are no heroes here. You are left with a story that leaves you with wet drawers and hanging off your seat with want for knowing what will happen next.

It's a thing to hate, if you like instant gratification and those cliffhangers leave you feeling high and dry (or wet and bothered in this case😘). All I can hope is that it is a short time between books because I'm hooked and needed to know how this dastardly devil is going to continue to handle his little lamb.

First: I’ve loved everything else I’ve previously read from this author which is why this is so disappointing. This book was short but even so it felt really rushed without any real backstory or character development. The story felt choppy; one scene not flowing into the next. Some of the words used made the story seem like it was written by an inexperienced author and the the dirty talk seemed really out of place and awkward. If it weren’t so short of a read I would have DNFd it.

I swear I actually love all the books that Amelia writes because wow, this needs to either be longer or can I have a second book please??

Like the whole dynamic and plot line is interesting and I need to know more!! Like I absolutely love Chevelle and her personality! Like all of Amelia’s fmc are bad a** and really don’t take nothing that the man gives them👀👀 like her defiance but knowing that she needs to work with Raithe to survive makes their dynamic even better. Also speaking of Raithe what is he?!? Like I don’t have a clue, we’ll I mean I have theories but I’m not sure if they’re correct! I’m hoping we get a second book because I’d love to see more of them and find out who and what Raithe is👀

The plot as well considering Raithe wants to be the next president of the US I feel like it’s meant to be something bigger than that, based of what was mention in chapter 10 👀 like I’m intrigued by Raithe himself because he’s definitely got another agenda in mind that doesn’t involve becoming the next president… also have a feeling that Chevelle is something more than what she’s being let on right now. That’s how it usually goes with Amelia’s books and I’m excited!

I’d very much love to see a continuation of this storyline as I feel like it’s got a lot of potential! But I absolutely love all of Amelia’s work and excited for Queens of chaos that’s supposed to come out this year as well!! Very happy to be getting back to Arias and Knox’s story especially after how we left of with the last book!

This author has done quite a metamorphosis since I originally began to read her like 10 years ago. And I'm ok with it. Her disclaimer says it all. This isn't a romance - these are two people going at each other and maybe they'll end up together and maybe they won't. Though, their destiny together is important the journey is everything.

Chevelle is a fixer (like Olivia Pope) and Raithe needs her to fix him the Presidency. Now Raithe is no Fitz. He is bad down to the core - bad and not one bit human. He is dark, sexy, and dangerous. And he is decided that the Presidency should be his and Chevelle is going to get it for him. (while simultaneously bustin' it wide open for him in the meanwhile)

This is only part one and I am ready for the next in the series.

It was good but there were inconsistencies...

Why did they jump out of the plane if they could helicopter in like her team? What was the point?
Where did Theo go when they go to the house?
If she met Eiwen (spelling?) after hiring him and then dating him, wouldn't she have run a full background on him? How did she not know he was still married?
I may be wrong, but I swore that Ransom said if she had the blood of both brothers, her memories couldn't be altered. But she had his blood on her lips and you know she licked them and her memories were still altered??
And the whole garden thing didn't make sense. She was imprisoned but only kind of imprisoned? Logistically and strategically, that makes no sense espesically for someone who wants to be president.

I have loved previous books but what with other books starting & ending with no book 2 in sight - Bulletproof Damsel, Moon Kissed - this just seems to be the same. Alos the "dirty" talk & sex scenes just seem to be copied & pasted from previous books, no new thought or twist involved "destroy....your pu$$Y" etc..well at leasr no pineapple involved I suppose.
In summary I am disappointed yet again in the copy style of writing as previous books with no follow through. I will be think twice about embarking on another book

Woman Power.
Love Chevelle Reed’s character. The fact she gets enthralled and yet fights it makes her a hero. The villain Raithe Dravyn is titillating and seductive. It has a mortal versus gods feel. I’m curious to learn what Raithe is. I thought a shapeshifter then fae then a minor god as clues are left to gleen what this male king is. I love how enraptured I became in this short story. There is heavy graphic s*x so 18+ to read. I received a paperback as a birthday gift. Love this author so glad to have a physical copy to call my own.

Another amazing book by the Queen...

Amelia has become my favorite author. I have yet to read a book of hers that doesn't leave me wanting more. Her books stuck you in and make you feel the characters' emotions and bring it to life. Chevelle and Raithe are no different. I can’t wait for the next book. If you haven't read it, do so, and a warning. If you haven't read one of Amelia's books, be prepared to fall in love.

I was duped friends, bamboozled even, into reading another fuc^%<~g stupid cain and abel retelling. However, this book made me start a new shelf ‘nonsensical’ so I guess it accomplished that.

Comparing this book to scandal (not a favoured show because I abhor adultery) is an insult, and a grave injustice. This book wishes it had 1/10th of the charisma, 1/10000th of the charm.

Fantastic

My favorite author did not disappoint with her story. Amelia did what she always do and that was she wrote a story that grabs you and does not let you go. I was hanging on every word and definitely wanting more when she wrote her famous last words “the end for now “. I already want more now.

As per true Amelia fashion, I’m not sure I like the MMC as he’s the king of A-holes! But I have faith in Amelia and I trust the process… even if I have no idea when the rest of said process will come to pass! That being said, this gave me twisted Vampire Diaries vibe! Won’t explain why, just read it!

Like all her books . This is a great start to another great series . However, it's very short. I read it in 1h its like only a few chapters. Although I have kindle unlimited this book you have to pay for and for this little it left me uneasy to be honest. Not sure I want to be starting a series I will want to finish paying each time for so little content.

A monster for president doesn't seem too unusual from everyday life but how she gets him off along the way will be such fun

Very dark

Wow this is incredibly dark. It is well written but not sure its my cup of tea. The brutality is over the top and liking sex in any form doesn't make anyone " a dirty little slut"

To Dark and erotic

This book is dark and rough around the edges with hard core exotic sex scenes that weren't really to my liking. I like dark books but they need to have some kind of softness to them for me to connect to the book or characters.
