A strong entry into the Second Edition of White Wolf's award-winning RPG title, Exalted.
Heavier on Crunch than Lore, some of the First Edition's charm (pun intended) and joy has been sacrificed from the volume in favor of much-needed concrete examples of power interactions and rules. I believe some of the art of the previous edition's writing was an unnecessary casualty of this refocusing, and thus the Second Ed. only gets 4 out of 5 stars. Still highly recommended reading, and a continuation of a magnificent High-Fantasy tradition.
