This is such a great book. The exercises and the variations are enough to keep you busy and progressing for years. Hampton is supremely positive in both this book and his YouTube channel. It is the best introduction to exercise I have read so far.
Great stuff! Easy to follow progressions to work on fundamental movements. Love how the author meets you at whatever level you’re at. Supportive and inspiring.
Man solte nicht viel Abwechslung erwarten aber die Übungen sind alle sehr gut erklärt und auch begründet. Es ist nicht wirklich ein eigenes Trainings Programm aber eine Erweiterung für andere.
