An Incredibly insightful Masterclass

This book is a masterfully written blueprint for anyone feeling that they want to explore hiring a borderless team but don't know the steps to take OR just need that extra push to finally do so. The reading is very clear and concise with subtle undertones of Johns personality intertwined, making it feel as though it were a one on one coaching session tailored to your specific needs. I will definitely be reading this book multiple times until all grounds have been covered and my one man militia turns into a locked and loaded borderless army. There aren't enough stars for my gratitude for the energy he put into the making of this book for the world. This is the one you've been looking for.

I recently finished reading Borderless. As someone who owns a web design and development agency, I found this book to be incredibly helpful and practical.

Unlike some books that just provide general comments and ideas, "Borderless" really gets down to the nitty-gritty of how to build a successful agency with a global team. John Saunders provides step-by-step guidance on how to find, hire, and train top talent from all over the world, and how to manage a team that's scattered across different time zones and cultures.

Overall, I give "Borderless" 5 stars!
