Vladsmear's lust for power is insane, and whenever he conquers a territory, he orders the people there to build immense pyramids and monuments in his honor. He fancies himself to be a great Egyptian king, and orders all people to call him Pharaoh. It's up to Alfredo Gomez to put an end to Vladsmear's evil ways and liberate the Siberians from captivity.
