I fucking loved this one. It was amazing. The Phantoms Mc are just the best. A few holy shit moments and I just need more. I can't wait for Shadow to come out after that bomb was dropped.

Wow, I wasn't expecting that storyline! It was exactly how these characters needed it to be told! Modern views on different lifestyles made Reaper & Sammy's story perfect!

Ok read
I thought the story was good, and it was great to read more about Reaper, but the story just didn't grab me. If anything, I was disappointed. Whilst I understand that Reaper is part of the 5. I feel like it is more of a group of 6 since Missy is just as integral to the group and overall story. So I was a bit annoyed going through this knowing Shadows is next, and she is just on the wayside.
Why do we not get Missy's story with Brittany when she clearly has no issue with gay men. Until this book, we didn't even have a description of her. That aside, the book didn't really pick up until the last 25%
Also, after the security issues from the last book its frustrating how they go on about not being amateurs, but it doesn’t connect for them at all that all the issues they are having are related.

Heartbreaking
This was a hard read for me. It just broke my heart but I had to push on. I couldn’t stop because I needed to know what happened. I needed to get to the next part and the next. Reaper was one of those characters that didn’t really come right out and announce themselves. He was that intense guy in the background that was terrifying but somehow wasn’t. I loved getting to know him and his story. Getting to see behind the terrifying outer layer. Everything with Sammy just killed me but I absolutely love him. Seeing how the character evolved and grew was spectacular. Just love this series and these characters and can’t wait for what’s to come.

Ok I really am enjoying this series but I have to say this book isn’t for the faint of hearts. There a lot of abuse in this series. So if it’s a trigger don’t read it but this author is damn good at making you imagine what she is writing I definitely would recommend this series. But if you have triggers please don’t read this.

love it!
I love this whole series! The only thing that got me was the fact that the previous book a character was named Duncan and his name was changed to Hudson in this book. Don’t know why.

Been waiting for Reaper's story and boy it did not disappoint!!!!
Absolutely amazing story.

Unexpected and definitely necessary
It was exactly what I needed. Shadow was always going to fall for someone who was far more different. He's a different kinda guy. And grace is so perfect. You couldn't have written a more perfect heroine for him. She's so strong and resilient and her heart is the size of the solar system. Her love for shadow and Mikey is just FIRE!!
I loved that the steamy scenes were left to the background while their story and connection was what made the whole book worth getting up at 6am just to get it.
Also...that lil teaser at the end for Bitsy.... SQUEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

What an ending!! I really hope we get a second generation of books. Shadow and Grace are two peas in a pod, this storybwas twisted in some perverse ways, but man, it is worth the read. I absolutely loved this series.

Reaper ! My god did this book bring out all the feels and then some .
Let me just say that the author states this book has triggers and it does . So be warned going in this book is a sad story but has a happy ending .
I love carols books and writing style. She knows how to bring her readers in and keep them on the edge of their seats.
Sammy has been to hell and back and my heart cried for him Chloe and baby Angel . Sammy needed someone like Reaper in his life to show him that the world and the people in it aren't always mean and nasty . Through Reaper Sammy got the family he'd always dreamed of .
The only criticism I had with this story was that I felt Sammy's parents got off way to easily and that they should have met with Reaper and his warehouse . I felt that they didn't get the karma they deserved and that felt flat for me .
I look forward to reading the next book in this series though. I love the characters especially Bitsy and Hudson. Those two kids had me laughing out loud . And I was so good to see Slim and Hawk make an appearance in this story as well I love them ❤️.

Carol did an incredible job with this story and there are truly heartbreaking moments, but she didn't go into grave detail about what truly happens to humans when they're either sold or kidnapped by depraved people, and what they endure by their hands on a daily basis.
Sammy was a young man sold by his parents to pay off a debt, and he was able to call Cap's Security and get the ball rolling on finding and rescuing him. Reaper's heart nearly burst out of his chest just listening to him talk and yes, begging for help.
The Phantoms also were able to get help through a mysterious hacker, that turned into a big surprise for Shadow as well.
The Phantoms along with outside help were able to rescue others as well, and take care of justice in the process without lifting a finger.
I'm not going to expose any spoilers, so buy the book and enjoy!! Happy Reading!!!

First off…heed the warnings that Carol has placed on this book.
Second….this is one of the best books I have read recently. It takes the reader on an emotional roller coaster ride from the cruelty of parents who trade their child to save themselves from having to pay off a debt, the abuse suffered by Sammy, two adorable kids who bring humor and several unexpected plot twists. Best of all is Reaper. The patience, understanding and especially the love Reaper showed Sammy was off the charts.
Carol has taken a truly horrific situation and written it with love and compassion. It is well written, with likable characters. Reaper is probably one of my all time favorite characters.
I couldn’t put the book down. It’s worth the roller coaster ride you will take.

And Reaper, all that was missing was a Super Hero outfit because once he heard Sammy's voice Reaper KNEW he had to save him.
This one is a wonderfully beautifully emotional story of being brought out of the blackest DARK into the bright LIGHT of love, acceptance, protection & the support of true friendship sincerely offered.
This one is heart wrenching but oh so, heartwarming after the pain.

Absolutely awsome read. How anyones parents can be so cruel and evil. Sammy and Reaper had such a deep rooted connection. I cried for Sammy and rejoiced for Reaper. They got a family, and a soul deep love. Awsome book. Carol Dawn has such away with words. Could not put it down. I hope they do not let those go easy or painless. They need to rot in hell. Chloe and Angel deserve the life they will get full of love and happiness the family will shower them with.

Carol has a way with stories telling that can make even the hardest subjects cone to life and have a hea this story showcased the best and the worst in people I as so angry at Sammy's parents I think he was a better person than me. I loved the relationship between Reaper and Sammy. This is a good vs. Evil. I finnshed in 2 settings I had to know what happened I hope you get sucked into the story too.

This was great story that tackled a very difficult subject. It was a hard read for me but it was well done and the author did a great job navigating their story. If anyone needed their happily ever after it was Sammy and Reaper was so good for him. He was so gentle and kind with Sammy. Their connection was undeniable and I loved that for them both. A great addition to the Phantoms MC series and I can't wait for more. Well done!!!

Reaper by Carol Dawn was a fabulous read. Loved the storyline. Poor Sammy was forced into a horrible nightmare and was desperately in need of rescuing. Reaper and Sammy were meant to be together. The author did give us a little different kind of love. Love is not always physical. We also got to revisit one of my all time favorites, Slim! I adore him. 😍 Kudos!

This book was yet another amazing book. Yes it has some abuse in it (not on the mc's part). It has some laughter, love, adventure and trauma. It was written very well and respectful. This really goes to show you family sometimes is not just blood related but the family you pick and make yourself. I can't wait until her next book comes out.

I don’t know how Carol does it but each book just gets better and better. I loved Shadows book, Grace was an amazing heroine. I love that carols female leads are different and she highlights different disabilities and illness in such a great way. I can’t wait to see what comes next xx

This is how this felt. So emotional and heartbreaking. I read this in one sitting and needed tissues so beware readers
Carol Dawn has done it again with this phenomenal story. Sammy is so strong. Our man Reaper has such a tender soul but don’t mess with his family.

Amazing book!!!
Be sure to read the trigger warnings before starting to read. I admired the way the author, was able to share what is a story that's often hard to process or believes happens in the US. Reading how Reaper was able to put Sammy and what he needed over himself was beautifully written. Can't wait to read the next in the series.

Great short read it was totally emotionally gripping book with lots of detail so if you can't read about certain things and you have triggers this may not be the book for you but if that does not bother you this is a good book with amazing characters that go through a lot, but Reaper helps Sammy deal with all the hurt and pain and accepts him like his is.

Carol Dawn did a great job on Reaper and Sammy's story, the story was written well with a lot of emotions. Sammy's journey was rough, there was nothing easy about his path. Reaper was good for Sammy, he helped in a way that was needed, their connection was strong, they were truly good together.

This book tugged on my heartstrings. The hell that Sammy went through was unimaginable. But, to have been rescued by Reaper, in more ways than one, was beautiful. Carol Dawn put her whole heart into this book. This is an amazing series, but THIS book I could not put down until it was finished. Absolutely amazing. Would recommend to anybody.

This was a very good series. I expected it would be, as the Sons were also. The only issue I have: Callie's son Duncan is now Hudson? I get typos, that happens in translation. I believe authors should periodically check their kindle versions. Some books are unreadable. But whole name changes are a biggie.

Wow. I will start by saying this is a hard read but it’s worth it. You have to get through the bad to find an amazing story with characters that will never leave you. I adore these characters already but this proved how much plus you get to see some of your favorite ones. I will say this is epic.

Sometimes the flaws in a story don’t matter when the subject is so powerful. If you are triggered by sex crimes then you might want to skip this but if you want a compelling story to read that continues the series then Enjoy.
