But as much as this thing wears you out like a mortifyingly bad puppy, it’s got its quirks and its charms.

I know this is a book for adults (simply because it shows the little monster drinking alcohol 2-3x) but I am absolutely sharing with my ten year-old. The art is adorable and it’s a nice reminder for kids that grownups deal with anxiety too! AND THE ENDING!!! 😍
