My Opinion: This is a cute romance, the characters are likable and I liked the plot. The Christian narrative is stronger than other Christian romances i've read before, but since I'm Christian I didn't mind. Unfortunately the characters annoyed me a few times and the editing style with errors made me not like it very much. But if you want a cute, quick romance with these tropes, I think you'll like it.
I enjoyed the developing relationship between Annie and the other Cho brother. The Cho men are some real good men. In his before Christ time, he was a player and getting a woman was a easy thing. Now he’s ready to settle, but unfortunately he was about to “settle” for the wrong woman. Phoebe wanted a medical doctor and not a tech-wannabe. But Josh wasn’t even disappointed when Phoebe dropped him. His heart was already making flips for Annie, his new assistant. But Annie has been hurt in her marriage to the movie-star and as she gets her bearings she has to decide if she is willing to risk her heart to possible love or heartache.
This series, "The Philly Doctors" has been an incredible reading experience! I have become a fan of the author's writing. Looking forward to reading more stories. I enjoy the reality of the stories that come from a Christ like perspective.
This book was okay. This is only the second book I’ve read in the series. I read book 3 a couple of months ago and liked that one a lot better. This story was wholesome and sweet much like the other, but just very unrealistic in my mind. The readers didn’t get to see much into Josh & Annie’s dating relationship before they were professing their love. Also, the book was very similar to the last in the layout of the story. I may read the first two books in the series to see how I like those since these books are good to read after reading something heavier/darker.

Wow I really enjoyed this book. It was just as fantastic as the other books in this series. All different but yet connected. This whole family made you to want to be a part of it. Fantastic job of writing and you are a great author.
Am I sending to this series. This one mixes a number of tropes, including friends to more although they weren’t best friends, forbidden relationship (boss & employee), and second chance. That second chance is not just the two of them together, but it’s a second chance for Joshua, who has been a player for most of his adult life. As well as a second chance for Annie after a failed marriage.
