AN UNHAPPILY EVER AFTER? My life is no fairytale. I’m no Prince Charming. She’s no Disney Princess. She’s the femme fatale in the story. Fuck. Marry. Kill. I chose the former. She chose the latter. My family chose the option neither of us wanted. For thirty-eight years, I waited to marry the right woman, and then I was forced to marry the wrong one. I now realize that my temporary paper wife is my equal in every way. My Ma Duster. My fucking queen. Fate may not have chosen me for her, but that doesn’t mean he never chose her for me. This future Irish King always gets what he wants, and I want her. Permanently.

HARLEY DIAMOND is a writer of romance novels with plot twists that will leave you begging for more. In every dirty story, an angsty bad boy and a badass queen lead the cast.
When Harley's not reading, she's writing. When not doing either, she's plotting to unleash her next novel on you from her non-working farm in West Yorkshire, England, surrounded by her faithful but very needy companions. Her seven rescue dogs.
Where do I even begin on the beauty that this is book…this entire series! I have NEVER been so invested in a series as I am with this one. Especially after 5 books. It continues to get better and better and these characters will forever live in my heart and soul!
If you haven’t read the previous books I highly recommend it! Start with Ace and work your way through as Harley depicts in the beginning of the books so you get the most out of it. I definitely wouldn’t jump in anywhere else other than Ace. The story continues throughout the entire series even though each book focuses on a new couple.
In Dirty Eoin we get his POV on all things MC, Mob, and Jaine. Now, I really didn’t like Eoin at the beginning of this series. Oh he made me mad and I wanted to hate him forever!! However Harley has changed him for me and I cannot go back to previous thinking. He is the big brother, the future Da Duster and the one everyone will look to. He has a lot of weight and responsibility on his shoulders. And as the future Da he has to have a strong and fierce spouse to support him. And he’s been waiting a LONG time to find her. He finally decides on a woman and now all he can think of is…it’s the wrong one!
This books picks up right after Dirty Dylan and if you’ve read it you might have an idea of what’s to come. Without giving too much away just expect the unexpected. Our girl Jaine is still loving Ace, she’s still missing Paddy and she’s going through life the best she can while her heart is pulled in so many directions. She has been through so much that I can’t believe she’s still this strong willed woman who will do anything for the men she loves. She needs a break but what do you do when the men you love are targets? How do you protect your babies from those who want to hurt them?
The character growth between the two MC’s is beautiful and I fully support everything about them in this book. I missed Paddy so much but it just makes me want his book even sooner! Also, Roisin is officially back on the good list! If you’ve loved the first 4 books you will absolutely love this one! You get to see all the previous characters which is always refreshing. Go into it blind, accept where it’s going and prepare for the ultimate conclusion in the next book!
If anyone tells you this book is less than a 5, don’t believe them. A twisted combination of toxicity and forbidden; enemies to lovers. But also serendipity. Soulmates. End game. Harley, this book is poetic. So beautifully written. Heartbreaking. I sobbed. Chapter 3 broke me and it didn’t end there. A tangled web of lies come crashing down. An insatiable connection explored. Consumed by sadness and betrayal. Is revenge worth the guilt? Hat tip to Duke. Love that man. Jaine is such a unique character-intelligent, fearless, determined, ruthless, loyal, fiercely independent yet at the same time subconsciously craving just to be loved. An undeniably addictive read because the intricate world Harley created refuses to let me go. I know this review probably doesn’t make a whole lot of sense but it’s how this book made me feel and the thoughts I was prompted to share. I loved it so much.
"You tell PJ that I love her. That I have always loved her and that no matter where I am, I will always fucking love her."
“Get me home. Take me to Rising.”
"I love you, Ace. Always have. Always will."
“Four brothers tied by blood. Four brothers who must and who do put family first. When push comes to shove, family is all we have.”
“As you wish… wife.”
“He offered. I accepted. Contract in place, he then allowed his dark soul to wrap itself seductively around mine in some sort of fucked-up invisible claiming.”
"But marriage is a big commitment, Jainie. It's for life with the Irish. Once you're in, there's no way back out. And the rest of your life could prove to be a long time if you have to spend it with the wrong person."
“Pain should never be displayed in this life unless you want others to know you’re a weak. I will show no weakness.”
“I want your truths.”
"I'm not a good girl. I will never be a good fucking girl. I'm a bad girl. And I lied. I will never belong to you,"
"I'm my own goddamn person!" "You're my goddamn person!"
“Love is love. None of us get to choose. We’ve just got to grab hold of it where we can.”
“Imperfectly perfect.”
“As long as it beats, it’s yours.”

Description:
It’s safe to say that I love Harley and her work is freaking diamonds to me. I love her writing too much and I can get her books without even reading them first, that’s how much I like them. Her blurbs are fantastically written without giving away much about the story and it’s very poetic at times. She is one talented writer and I am glad I got to know her and her stories. Every story she writes touches my heart differently.
I am a big big fan of PADDY but now I can safely say that EOIN definitely matches the bar for me. I really used to hate him but slowly and steadily I started liking him and how his character started growing on me. The characters are misunderstood at their best and I think it was important that way everything turned out. I don’t justify his actions but I know now what are the reasons behind each and every one.
Eoin’s character shows so much potential throughout and I could see his layer peeling one by one to show his lady love what he is made off. I realized that with the layers off, he is just a normal human being who has to carry the burden of being the firstborn and Heir to the Duster family. He has charmed his way into my heart, and hats off to Harley that she made me love this character even after hating him so much.
The story started just where it left off in Dirty Dylan and saying I was shattered is an understatement. I know many people will say that crying over a book is dramatic but I literally sobbed my heart out in the first few chapters and the effects remain till the end of the book. It’s not fair for anyone to suffer so much, sometimes life is not fair at all. It’s actually all about surviving and living for the ones who are in front of you.
The story is soothing but the pain is too much for me. If you have not read the books in order of Ace, Cillian, Razr, and Dylan then please go back and start from there otherwise you won’t be able to enjoy Eoin. The interconnect crossover series is the best I have read in this Sea of stories. I want more and more people who love a good mobster romance to read these books.
I cried I laughed, I cussed at many points, I got angry too and I am still angry with my fav who was not there in all the chaos reining to support certain someone. But it turned out that with time everything, every situation handles itself and the characters are more than capable of keeping you hooked to the story. They grew together in times that were hard to survive and I guess they formed a balance for the time being.
The story of going to get concluded in Dirty Padraig and I can’t wait to see what Harley has in store and how much I am going to cry next. Dirty Eoin is an EMOTIONAL story for sure.
Wow just wow I am absolutely addicted to this series. This book was written with absolute raw emotions that will rip ur heart out time and time again. Make sure u have tissues because you will need them. This book blew me away I never saw it coming and it hit me hard what a roller coaster of emotions. Harley Diamond has become one of my favorite authors as she knows how to give u a story that the characters have so much depth and development that you can relate with them on so many levels. You become so invested that ur emotions follow suit with the characters. Her main female characters match the strength and fierceness that any of the males one hold and Jaine wow this character will blow ur mind away as she is the epitome of a bad ass women. This women has been through hell and back and still will do anything for those she loves and just maybe Eoin is not the bad guy we all think him to be. I don’t want to say much about this story as to get the full effect you will need to go In blind spoilers would just ruin what u need to feel while reading it. I will tell you that you need to read this series and that it is one of my absolute favorite series I have ever read and if u love MC romance and mob romances this series is a must read.
These books get better and better! Dirty Eoin was yet another of Harley Diamond’s books that I absolutely could not put down and didn’t stop until I finished. Warning: Hold onto the bar, this is a roller coaster ride that will touch on so many emotions you won’t want it to end. This is the best series of books I have ever read. I love how we are taken to the heart of these characters. It has everything danger, suspense, romance, love, and heartbreak. It also has plenty of alpha males and a heroine feisty and strong enough to handle all of them. I am on the edge of my seat waiting to see what Harley has in store for us in Dirty Padraig!!!
The chemistry n passion between these two is off the charts. For me jaine has finally met her match in every way. I didnt see ace or paddy as perfect matches, more each 50%
I actually didn't see jaine n eion being married off to protect fin as a plot line but i worked so well. Until it didn't.
Sadly reading reviews for the last book it looks like this wont continue.
I just dont see paddy as her perfect match as I said earlier. He lacks the maturity of Elon.
Anyway this book is perfection, read it cos I'm wasting time writing the review rather than the conclusion to the whole series!!!
So no i can't give you a better more indepth review.
The mark of a great author is their ability to make you feel IMO, and this book made me feel every emotion on the spectrum. Tears to laughter, hating characters, then adoring them (and back and forth). My head is in turmoil in thinking of upcoming Dirty Padraig. Now, I don't even know what I want to happen, let alone what I think will. All in all, this is one excellent read.
Well.. After ALOT of tears I managed to finish this book in a matter of hours. I could not put this down and Harley even had the joy of me sending her a picture of me ugly crying on the toilet in the first 3 chapters of the book.
Eoin is set to be the da duster of the Irish mob. His one task for now is to find and marry the future ma duster. In a world far from a Disney fairy tale eoin knows his wife needs to be ruthless, strong and ready to face a tough life. Will he find his femme fatale?
This series holds such a strong place in my heart, every character feels so real, you feel like you're living the story with them. I was not expecting to feel so strongly about Eoin, he was my least favourite character throughout the series so far but low and behold he's starting to grip my heart.
With one book left to go in this part of the crossover series everything is on the cards, will Padraig get his happy ever after?
Man, this saga just keeps getting better and better.
Warning: If you are not for violence and Uber steamy scenes and clutch the proverbial pearls when an f-bomb drops, Do NOT READ THIS and leave a crap review. All the grit is part of an epic story about a girl named Jaine.
Harley Diamond knocks it out of the park once again with Dirty Eoin. This talented author has the ability to pull you into her creatively written world from the first chapter and refuses to let you go. By the time the story ends, you don’t want to leave this addicting world.
While I didn’t think it was possible, she turned a character (Eoin) I’ve come to despise throughout the series into someone I was rooting for by the end of the story. The way she has interlaced the characters of this crossover universe is extraordinary.
This unique partnership of mobsters and MCs is full of lust, sex, violence, family devotion, and love. It has absolutely everything, and it’s perfectly written for those who enjoy this genre.
Dirty Eoin has blown me away...the drama, chemistry and push and pull between Eoin and Jaine was off the charts! My heart broke at times and I pumped the air at other times...it really was a roller coaster I didn't want to end! My heart still breaks for Paddy and i just know the next instalment and final book in the series is going to leave me an emotional wreck...I am so invested in these characters...every last one of them!! I do really think that Jaine just needs to start her own harem!! A huge huge 5 stars!!!
This book was definitely not what I was expecting. Eoin was my absolute least favorite character in the series, but after reading his book, he is quickly tied with Paddy and Ace for first. I absolutely love this interconnected series and am seriously questioning everything after Eoin's book.
This book takes off right where Dirty Dylan ended and we are left in tears after the absolute worst happens! Jaine is beside herself... however, duty calls and soon she is headed back to Manhattan and attempting to move on and fulfill final wishes. When she is backed into a corner, she finalizes a plan that will seek out her revenge.
"When he chose me, I made a pact with this devil."
Eoin enjoys the forbidden fruit. Whether it is only for a moment or more, he indulges in what he wants. And when his wants no longer matter, and is obliged by duty...Everything changes. His feelings of temporary want become full on forever and life has he knows it, is over. For the future Da Duster of the Irish mob now has a kryptonite. New beginnings, bring new challenges. Will he be able to get what he wants and get the HEA he craves? Will he be able to find someone who loves him back for him and not for what he can offer or will he be brought to his knees?
"We haven't reached the baring of souls stage. We likely never will. He and I will always be the classic example of enemies to lovers. A lethal cocktail mixed with a dash of twisted and taboo. The main ingredient? Toxicity."
I loved this book so much!!!! It is so hard not to say more without giving it all away. I NEVER saw this book turning out the way it did. I have no idea what will happen next! I couldn't put it down and needed the next page like I was losing oxygen. Who is targeting everyone? I have theories and I am hoping we get all the answers we crave in Paddy's book! This book put me in such a hangover, I literally can't stop thinking about it! This authors writing is amazing and this series has sucked me in and I am now a forever fan. The ending left you with an "oh snap" moment that what else has Ma Duster been up to and all I have to say is that I AM HERE FOR IT!
*Overall 5/5 *Heat? 5/5 *Med Burn *Multiple first person POV *Twists and more *First book since Ace's that doesn't necessarily end on a HFN...but more like, we're happy, but somethings going to come and mess it all up soon. lol
"I take back what I said. Every godd@mn word of it. I'm a f*cking liar. Love's not f*cking worth it. Love's not good. Love is evil. Love destroys you."
Thank you @harleydiamondauthor for my first ever ARC. You are so generous! 💕
Dirty Eoin is the fifth book and this series just keeps getting better and better. I’ve been hooked since book 1. I loved this book so much I read it in one day. 🫣
For a book (and series) that is full of mobsters and bikers who are used to crime and violence, you will be surprised that it revolves around characters that loved so deeply it hurts. The author didn’t disappoint when I was bawling my eyes out at Chapter 2. Eoin was not my favorite character, especially in the first four books, he was frustrating and annoying. But I got to know him in this book. He’s strong and dangerous, a born protector and leader, and a man who wore a mask of indifference but broken and lonely inside. Jaine, the ever and forever badass fmc. After her heart was broken so many times, still stood tall and continued life has to offer. I truly admire her. I loved how their love for each other bloomed beautifully. I loved the character development. I loved how all the characters played in this amazing book. Definitely a beautifully written story. ❤️
The turn of events was unexpected, and I didn’t see coming. I don’t want to say more because I might spoil anything, but this book will break your heart, fix it, and do it all over again. This book gave me all the feels just like the other books in the series. What I just didn’t see much was Padraig. I miss him so much and what he still doesn’t know will surely break him to pieces. 😢
This series has my heart forever. One more book and this is done. That itself breaks my heart all over again. 🥺
Brilliant! How? How did Harley Diamond make me fall in love with Eoin??? Knowing Eoin from the prior books had me thinking - YUK! I don't want Jaine with him! Mr. Smug. Selfish. Pompous. Possessive, arrogant and narcissistic. But oh, how the mighty have fallen! You. You made us love him. All of him. You made us love her (Jaine) even more! The layers and layers that are Eoin have all fallen away. Leaving us with all of his raw emotions and pure masculinity. In the beginning I couldn't understand WHY? Why would Jaine do this? Her plans come to light but then her heart has other plans.
As with the rest of the series here is author Harley Diamond's note: DIRTY EOIN is NOT standalone. DIRTY EOIN is BOOK 5 of a SERIES, which contains an ONGOING STORYLINE that CONCLUDES in BOOK 6, DIRTY PADRAIG. These books contain MULTIPLE POVs from characters across the entire series. PLEASE READ IN SERIES ORDER.
I am loving this addictive series! I have loved each book. Each character becomes my favorite. I also have my suspicions about a few!!! Dirty Eoin has also brought the angst up. The angst meter is broke! I never thought I would grow to love Eoin but, WOW! There are still many many loose ends to tie up. I can't wait to see how it all ends in Dirty Padraig. Will our Paddy return?
After yet another brutal cliffhanger that made me want to throw things I’ve got to give credit where it’s due, this is book 5 of 6 and the author deserves top ratings and guilt free treats for her mastery in delivering full frontal cliffhangers. Those bad boys bring in sales.
I have to admit I was very very (yes very) skeptical about the possibility of anything positive ever emerging between Jaine and Eoin. He’s was a certified narcissist, is he still after this book? It remains to be seen. A similar sentiment applies to Roisin/ Ma Duster she’s become more personable. The saying about Hell and “Good Intentions” springs to mind.
It was pretty concrete (to me) at book three who the “bad guys” were, just as it was obvious who Jaine’s bio dad is at book two. The pertinent question then was who was Jaine’s mum? Aside from my ongoing distaste of the concept of arranged marriages my only negative complaint would be the blatant slut-shaming of Irish. I don’t think it’s an acceptable label to apply to anyone. Unsurprisingly, it’s still Irish and Jaine still on the wrong side of karma. If they didn’t have bad luck they wouldn’t have any luck at all. None of that is enough to detract from another very well deserved 5 stars.
Wow what an angst filled action packed emotional read, this book made me cry, especially after rereading the previous ones. Jaine is such an amazingly resilient character but the hits just keep coming. Love that she still has Duke to help and support her. The way the story’s progressing is definitely intriguing with questions yet to be answered and a few new ones for us. I really didn’t see the events in this book coming at all. Jaine and Eoin have had such a toxic relationship over the last few books, created by circumstances out of their control so their interactions here are most surprising. The relationships between the brothers is so well written, each carrying their own secrets. Even so the love they have for each other shines through despite everything. Im surprised to find I actually like Ma and Da Duster now as definitely didn’t in the previous books. Da Duster is sharp and misses nothing! I want Padrigs book now, really must find out his story now and the answer to all the unresolved questions, like who is Jaines bio father?
After reading Dirty Dylan, I was counting down to read this book. I was not disappointed at all. This crossover series has been absolutely amazing! Dirty Eoin was an emotional rollercoaster for me. I was absolutely bawling during a couple parts. I felt like my heart was destroyed.
Jaine is one of my favorite FMC ever. She has such a big heart, is protective, smart, and totally badass. I can’t get enough of her. I did not expect to end up liking Eoin, but somehow Harley Diamond made me love him! This book really helped me see all the different sides of Eoin. He isn’t the villain I thought he was.
My emotions are still all over the place and I’m still not sure how I feel about some characters. I definitely need the next book! I need to see how this is all going to work out. I am hoping my heart will be put back together but there’s so many things that can happen in the next book!
Ummm I was unprepared for who our couple was going to be. Once I knew I was prepared to HATE our hero. Having said that I still hated him for a good portion of this book until… I didn’t. Lordy I SO don’t hate that sexy beast now. Wink.
This author takes you on a journey of enlightenment and understanding. Don’t get me wrong, you still get all the dark and dirty like the other books in this series have but you also get a REALLY unique storyline. Sooo freaking good.
Ugg ok I am on to the last book. Truthfully my mind is still blown from this book and I am trying to figure out where, what, and how this author is going to tell Padraig’s story. Though she has managed to keep me guessing so far in this series, I am expecting more of the same. Yikes.
Ahhhh!!! This book is so frustrating!! 🙈🙈 it’s given me information I didn’t know I needed. Made me feel feelings I didn’t think I would feel. Frustrating because I now feel bad for the villain. 🙈 honestly I actually cannot cope with this book because o began this review when I began reading it and now I’m internally screaming 🫣 so much has happened and it was a fucking text message that has me this way 😭 the suspense has a hold over me. Towards the end it’s filled with lies and deceit 😅 I actually cannot cope. Bring on book 6 in the series
The wait is finally over! The long anticipated book by the epic writer Harley, Queen of all things dark and angsty. Have you ever read a book where once you’ve finished, all you can do is day dream about the characters while getting yourself in trouble for not concentrating on your work. Yep! That’s me. Do I regret it…hell no. Read it twice since and I’ll probably read it a few more times. Just remember the tissues!
Harley absolutely gutted me with this one 😭 Eoin's story took me on an emotional rollercoaster from the very first page. I was anxious, sad, angry, shocked, happy, heartbroken, angry again, happy again and then she (obviously) left us on a cliffhanger which left me anxious (again). I love Eoin and he got the ending I was hoping he'd get (but then again, has he really?) All I can say is I (literally) can't wait for Irish's story and see how it all plays out in the end, once and for all.
This book is a continuation in the plain Jaine Jones saga. It definitely has all the fields and emotions you would expect from a Harley Diamond book, and does not disappoint . This book does indeed end in a cliffhanger, as does all the books. I usually don’t like cliffhangers, but I can’t help but be totally addicted to the series!!
Another book in the crossover series I just could not put down 😭 once again I cried though... Yeah, was hoping death wouldn't happen, but it sucker punched me.
I did not see their storyline coming out like this. So many questions left me absorbed into their world...
This is the 5th book in this series, and I have never said No No No as often as I have here. I have not been able to put it down. So many moments where you expect one thing only to be taken in another direction, twists and turns, emotional upheaval, and hot scenes make this a page turner. Up to the next and last installment, I can't wait.
Harley knocked this one out of the park! I cried for 20mins. I couldn’t get enough of this book. Everything about her writing- the details, the characters, keeps me wanting more. Perfect balance of plot and spice 🌶️
Eoin finally gets his time in the limelight and this book delivers it all. As usual I could not stop reading and binged through in a day! There were tears and joy and even still I need the next installment please!
I’ve been a fan of Harley since Wattpad days and to say I was taken on a ride is an understatement. This book like the rest will one hundred percent make you laugh, cry and get you so heated but man Harley really knows how to take her audience on an adventure.
Mind blowing, complex, full of action, twists and turns. I absolutely loved all the books. Unusual, thought provoking, well developed characters, mind games, real.
The wave of emotions this book gave me… from start the finish I loved it. This book is a feeling that can’t be put properly into words. 10 out of 10 on this series
great characters, the action, the storyline and the constant twists and turns keep you enthralled with the story. The author has a great way of drawing you in and getting you into the story.
