Even though I found a lot of this textbook to be about common sense things, there really was a lot of great detail about business communication and things were very clearly explained (and suplimented by helpful examples). All in all, textbook wise, this was pretty good.

NOTE: I technically didn't read 2-3 of the chapters and I didn't read the appendix either. Still, I read like...80% of it - and now I'm done the course so I won't be reading any more.
