I'm going to preface this by saying that I don't read 'monster' romances. They aren't my cup of tea, but I love Autumn's writing so I read these.
Death is clueless. Honestly. For an immortal being, you'd think that he would have learned a few things since the dawn of creation, but he's just as hopeless as the average mortal man. I love that for him.
Poppy deserves an immortal life full of sparkly things and earth shattering O's after everything she's been through. I also thing that O's should be prescribed as a treatment for panic attacks... I'm happy to be a lab-rat to see if it is affective.
If you are looking for a quick read with some imaginative spice scenes... This is the novella for you!
Don't be surprised if you feel the need to go to church afterwards for some purification... I did :D

Death's Bride is book two in the Hell's Souless Monster's series, and it was impossible to put down. I absolutely loved this book! ❤️
I enjoyed the chemistry between Poppy and Death. Death's overprotectiveness for his sweet, clumsy Poppy had me feeling all the feelings. (Also, call her a "good girl" one more time... *melts*) And not to mention the hot steamy smut scenes that are sheer perfection 🥵🥵🥵

This was a 4.5⭐️ read for me with 5/5🌶️. Love the stubborn hardheaded MMC and the witty sarcastic side character best friend. This was far more spice focused than plot based, but the scenes were well written. The story moves quickly with enough action to keep it interesting. You didn’t need to read book 1 to understand this one, but it certainly gives you a lot more background, so I highly recommend starting there.
Great job Autumn! I’m excited for Conquest’s story next!

Death has been intrigued with the beautiful clumsy human Poppy for 2 years, he doesn't understand why and it's driving him mad.
Poppy is supposed to be marrying her childhood sweetheart, but something happens on her wedding day, and she ends up dead and in Hell instead.
This is such a fun and sexy short read.
I love Autumn Thorns writing and can't wait for the rest of the series

The 2nd book of the Hell’s Soulless Monster series. Here is the story of The Grim Reaper, Death and his little unicorn Poppy. The Devil has found his mate that matches his desires. And now Death will be pushed into finally realizing Poppy is the one for him. Can the other 3 horsemen brother find their lovers/soulmates? The 5 brothers believed they have no feelings because of their mother. But the mom wants to rectify this for her sons. She chooses the perfecr pairs its not their sons to reckonize them.
But Death is stubborn, he met Poppy and would come to her when death is at her door. So this time on valentines day she is suppose to get married to her childhood friend. But she loves him but no sparks. She keeps thinking of her dark guardian angel. But something happens, her best friend Frankie almost missed the wedding but in a blink of an eye she is transported some where else. Danger is afoot, she is about to be killed, can Death get to her in time??
If he makes it in time what will he to do save her? Do to her what he did to Sage his sister in law? Make her a reaper and have to answer to him? This was a fast read and a lot to digest.. its steamy yes. But i wonder why the other Death the good side never came knocking and demanded her??

I was super excited to read this book after finishing The Devils Sacrifice which is book 1 of this interconnected standalones. I was excited to find out who had gained Deaths attention.
Sage is diabolical in her mastery and pushes death to confront his true feelings for Poppy and finally claim her as his. Poppy gives death a run for his money with her back talk and her manipulation of powers.
When death turns Poppy into a reaper or what he thinks is a reaper who looks just like him, he fights his feelings for her like he had done for the 2 years prior to her death. Death realizes that somehow Poppy has gained some of his powers and his shadows. He turns to his mother Lilith who informs him that he didn’t create another reaper and he actually created Deaths Bride. Death then had a choice to make either kill Poppy and send her to purgatory or perform a ritual (wedding) and claim Poppy. He knows what he has to do and insists his brothers and sage to help. Poppy is claimed in front of 50 of halls residents and booms Deaths eternal partner. You also find out what Deaths real name is. Not going to spoil it!
Along the way you get a glimpse of who the next story revolves around and I am so ready to read Conquestsk.

Hot and heavy
Oh devil where to start! I finished this book during my flight to Las Vegas and it was the perfect book to read on my way to sin city. The spice in this book compared to book 1 doubled and in the most perfect ways! I love how it just flowed with how book 1 ended. I can not tell you how many times I had to put my phone down to fan myself in the middle of a full flight lol. The looks my husband gave me when I'd make him read a sentence or a paragraph made it 100 times better lol. I'm way too excited for book 3 and hopefully the spice just keeps going up bc of devil it definitely had me wishing I had the guts to join the mile high club!!

I love this world. I first fell in absolute love with Sage and the Devil. Death and Poppy did not let me down. I love seeing the growth of Poppy. Her finally coming into her own while also slowly dragging Death with her, was just chefs kiss. It was a nice quick read, with a fun world and a great spice level. Not much to complain about. I definitely can’t wait to read more about the horsemen and their world.

I am having so much fun with this series. Devoured this book in one afternoon. I fell in love with Death from book one, so I couldn’t wait to read about the woman that stole his soulless black heart. The plot was great, the spice was hot, I love that the Devil and Sage were in this book again as well as being introduced to characters that will be in the upcoming books. Can’t wait for book 3!

Amazing plot, wonderful characters, witty, funny and incredibly steamy dialogue. Death’s Bride is almost campy horror, almost, the extra spicy scenes keep hotter than H E double hockey sticks! You’ll need a shower!

I thought the beginning of the book had some real promise. I was instantly intrigued but then it sort of went down hill from there for me. It was an interesting concept but I found that Death and the Devil acted more like immature simps than alpha characters.

Death was totally of the rails crazy in the best of ways. Wish we got more of his pov. Loved poppy. She really grew into her own.
I loved Sage even more in this book.
The epilogue by her was perfection!
Was great getting a glimpse into Conquest and Asmodeus story.

Very plot light, funny monster smut. Poppy isn't as funny and hard-headed as Sage, which is why I took a star down. Love the kinks in this one 😉
