Rate this book
The first three books in the beloved Marked Men series, from NYT and USA Today bestselling author Jay Crownover!

This book set includes the following

RULE: Shaw Landon loved Rule Archer from the moment she laid eyes on him. Rule is everything a straight-A pre-med student like Shaw shouldn't want- and the only person she's never tried to please. Though she knows that Rule is wrong for her, her heart just won't listen.

JET: Jet Keller is every girl’s rock and roll fantasy. But Ayden Cross is done walking on the wild side with bad boys. She’s afraid of getting burned from the sparks of their spontaneous combustion, even as his touch sets her on fire. Will the blaze burn into an enduring love. . . or will it consume their dreams and turn them to ashes?

ROME: Rome Archer is as far from perfect as a man can be. He would have been glad to suffer alone, until Cora comes sweeping into his life and becomes the only color on his bleak horizon. Perfect isn’t in the cards for these two, but imperfect might just last forever…

An unforgettable start to an iconic romance series
Reading the first three Marked Men books together was such a treat. Each story feels distinct, yet they’re all tied together by found family, emotional depth, and beautifully flawed characters. Jay Crownover has a gift for making you fall hard for people who don’t think they deserve love. This set completely pulled me into their world.

‘Relationships are not tailor-made and people are flawed. You have to work around that and love the other person anyway.’

RULE:
‘I didn’t want a good guy—I wanted the one who was damaged and blind to the way I felt.’

Rule Archer (age 22) was complicated; he was brash, mouthy, careless, thoughtless, often cranky. But when he chose to be, he was charming and funny, artistically brilliant, and more often than not, the most interesting person in the room.
Shaw Landon (age 19) is a pre-med student whose wealthy political parents want her to fit a mold she isn’t interested in.

Rule and Shaw are the ultimate grumpy sunshine. Her acceptance show him he has a heart. I like the cute moments as Rule takes Shaw’s virginity and they grow closer as they build their relationship. The side characters are intriguing and glad to see they all have books.

Overall it’s a nice read. I was intrigued as the movie is coming out so I gave it a chance.

Narrated by Michael Rahhal and Sophie Eastlake

JET:
‘Every great song was sung from a place of love.’

Jet Keller (age 25) was the lead singer of a local metal band and runs a recording studio. He enjoys his one night stands and loves his music.
Ayden Cross (age 22) is on a scholarship for college and works in bar with best friend Shaw. She moved from Kentucky and now a Chemistry major. She is trying her best to leave her shady past behind.

Jet and Ayden have amazing chemistry and once they let each other in their love is beautiful. But with both of them having tricky families it’s not easy. A good read with medium spice and a sweet HEA.

Loved seeing Rule and Shaw together and all the side friends. Very intrigued by Asa.

Narrated by Cal Wembly & Callie Dalton

ROME:

“Love isn’t perfect. It’s hard work and sometimes it’s more effort to be in love than it is to just run away.”

This is a Sweet and Spicy Grumpy Military Hero Romance.

Rome Archer (age 27) is back home and suffer ending from PTSD and feeling lost with what to do with life.
Cora Lewis works in a tattoo shop and is best friends with Rome’s brother Rule. She’s the shop manager and resident body modification expert. She is getting over her own anger over her cheating ex getting married. She’s looking for Mr. Perfect now and won’t settle for less.

Though an unlikely pair, she’s as small as Tinkerbell and he’s built like a bear, they fell and they fell hard. We follow their relationship ups and down which include my favorite kind of surprise and some scenes that really bring the tears ❤️‍🩹
‘She was all glittery and shiny, so I had no difficulty finding her in the dark that sometimes clouded my vision’

Enjoyed the cameos of our OG couples and watching them live their HEA lives!

Narrated by William Sharpe and Alicia Neil
