Love the Garlucci's!
Apparently another book is in the rise soon. I can't wait! I truly enjoy the Garlucci's adventures - unwanted as they usually are.
In this read, local restaurant delivery drivers are getting robbed and the Garlucci's soon become directly involved when Tony is robbed at gunpoint. This results in a sting operation by the family... ya, I suppose that is the accurate term in a couple different ways ("family", that is).
In fact, two guests and then three enter the picture to assist in taking down the bad guys. And, yep the quirky always-treasure-seeking Elvira aids in the criminal take down in between her security business schedule and her digging for gold.
Then there is talk about Carlita and Pete's upcoming wedding amongst all the stressful happenings, which brings me to a part in this read: "Deliveries and employees were momentarily forgotten as the kiss deepened." I'd like to know something, am I the only one who looks away and even skips parts like this when Carlita is kissing her fiance? Like, I don't want to "see" that! Ew, gross and it feels private. Lol.
At the end of this, Violet has an announcement that will be talked about in book 21. Yay!
My next read is "The Ghost and the Wedding Crasher (Haunting Danielle - Book 32)" by Bobbi Holmes. Great series, too especially if you enjoy people able to see ghosts.

That’s What Family Is For
Absolutely loved this book!
With everything going good with Ravello’s Eatery, Carlita has started doing food deliveries. Until her drivers all fizzle out and her son Tony helps out and gets robbed at gun point, Mercedes gets scared he’s going to go out by himself and get revenge, Can she help ? Probably, but she calls in her brothers instead!
With Paulie and Vinnie around Carlita’s in seventh heaven.
Can they figure out who shook down Tony? You bet! Mafia style 🤣
Great story and hopefully a beginning to have all the family come to Savannah. That would be cool.
With the next book coming up about Carlita’s wedding to Pete probably a catalyst for something in the series, who knows whats going to happen!
On a funny note, with the description of Savannah it seems like such a small town. But currently Savannah’s population is closer to 150,000! Not a huge city, but by no means a small town either!

Another Great Read
Side Hustle in Savannah is my favorite Made in Savannah Story!!!!! Carlitta Garlucci has found her place in Savannah and her businesses are thriving, especially her Italian restaurant. The restaurant began delivering and it is a big hit with residents, and quite profitable for Ravello's, and Carlitta until delivery drivers become targets for robbers. When Tony Garlucci fills in as temporary driver, till his mom can find a driver to hire, he is attacked and robbed. Tony has to find and stop these thieves as it is eating at him to know his wife Shelby who was in the car waiting on him, could have been harmed. His family rushes to Savannah to help Tony and their mother, reminding them that this is what family is for!!! Their mom has typical mom feelings about their actions, worry, but grateful for her sons! I can't wait for the next book in this series to be available!

Someone’s targeting food delivery people!
I enjoy every one of the Made in Savanna mysteries with the Garlucci family! Carlita has started delivering food from Ravello’s, her Italian restaurant, but is having trouble keeping delivery drivers due to the rough brick streets. Her son Tony decides to temporarily fill in, but his wife who is riding along is stunned to see him get attacked and robbed on his last delivery of the night! It seems the same thing is happening at other restaurants in the area. The Garlucci sons come to town to try and figure out what’s going on. While Carlita is happy to have her other two sons in town, she is worried about them. An exciting and hard to put down read! I received a free ARC of this book and write this review voluntarily.

Time for some "Family" business
With a recent crime scene affecting local restaurant delivery drivers, finding good help was getting difficult! Carlita had just successfully entered the delivery service aspect of her restaurant and business was booming! When her current driver quits unexpectedly, Carlita's son, Tony, offers to fill in until a new driver can be hired. However, at the end of his second day on the job, he is accosted by 2 men at gun point and robbed, leaving him with a broken arm and a burning rage inside the former Mafia family member. He wanted revenge!!!!
This newest book in the series is a fast read and will have you turning pages from the start to the end! I can't wait for the next book!!!!

Its been a long wait !!
It seems so long between the savannah books, it's so hard to.wait for the next book. They are just the best ever . I laugh out loud reading these books every time & wind up.choking on my coca cola & snacks ! The books should come with a warning from the surgeon General saying might be hazardous to your health to eat or drink while you're reading this series. I've snorted a few chips & cola accidentally . the characters are so well described its as if they are real & I expect to see them when I revisit Savannah . I visited the city 10 years ago on what was without a doubt the best trip of my life!! I
don't want to think of this series never ending , it's too depressing of a thought .

As a retiree, I admire senior sleuth Carlita’s quest for a new business adventure, even with the woes of finding drivers for her Italian restaurant Ravello’s delivery service. In Side Hustle in Savannah author Hope Callaghan addresses the recent Savannah crime wave on delivery drivers, but weaves humor with Elvira’s antics and intrigue about why drivers keep quitting. This reader as a tourist could identity with being robbed in Savannah. A delicious and easy Stuffed Pesto Turkey Meatball recipe included.

Too Short - Need More of the Galuccis!
I love this family and their odd assortment of friends. I especially love to see loyal and loving people watching out for each other . Carlita has had her troubles but she still has a kind and generous heart. I go on a roller coaster of emotions in Hope Callaghan's stories! This one really scared me when Tony got hurt but when his brothers all came to help him it brought happy tears to my eyes.
This is a wonderful story and a must read! I hope the next book comes out soon because I cannot wait to see what happens to them next time.

When Ravello’s restaurant begins delivering food orders to customers, all does not go as planned. Since dependable drivers are hard to find, Tony steps in to help, only to be robbed. He vows to find the culprits and set them straight…Garlucci style. Ms. Callaghan has been one of my favorite authors for years. A great plot, well developed characters, plenty of action and a mystery to solve make the pages turn quickly. Highly recommended! I enjoyed this book and am looking forward to the next in the series.

Tighten your seat belt, this is an Adventure to remember. Faced with a gang of robbers the family comes together to sort things out. It is so intriguing to follow the path of deduction they follow. Lots of friends and family working together to support each other. This one is filled with laughs and chills. A valuable addition to this outstanding series. can't wait for the next book

Each new book of Hope Callaghan's is then my favorite one.
This newest book of Hope Callaghan's is awesome as all previous others have been. Loved this book, hard to set it down. Lots of good action & suspense. You have to enjoy all involved characters, yes Elvira, no matter who they are, wouldn't change your character ever. I am one of your favorite followers of very book you've written Mrs. Callaghan! The mystery is filled with historical happenings and finding the answer’s really take a turn. If you want a Great mystery to read this one is definitely it. I was actually going through the emotions of this one. Just keep reading and now the Family story continues like you wouldn’t believe. Thank you Hope Callaghan for a Great series.

Great read, as I expected!!
If you like the Savannah series, you will enjoy this book. I always enjoy the family dynamics and any interaction with their crazy neighbor!!!
I did hope the incident was more of a surprise, but it still made perfect sense!

Must read series
If you truly love to be entertained whilst you read them this series is a must.
One would think Ms. Callaghan grew up in a Mob family after reading these books.
I have been reading them since book one and can hardly wait for the next book.
Give them a try...you will not be disappointed!

Dont Mess with the Garlucci Family!
I like the blend of different family and friends that make the story more interesting. They are always getting into incidents that need to be solved. A great read either as a single book or as the next book in the series. I look forward to her next book!!

Book 20 in this series. The Garlucci family are settled in Savannah, and Carlotta's restaurant is doing well. She decides to add food delivery, and Tony and Shelby agree to deliver the food until she can find a permanent driver. On his second night, Tony is robbed at gun point, and he is determined to find the thugs responsible.

Another great book with the Garlucci family. As I have said before, something is always going on with this group. I am glad to know there is still another book to read. I am looking forward to Pete and Carlita's wedding aboard the pirate ship. Another grand child on the way and maybe Vinnie quilting the mob. So much to look forward to.

Awesome series!!
I have enjoyed all these books so far!! They back you laugh and. make you kinda scare for the characters. The characters are amazing, the mom with her three boys and one girl, and all their friends get into all kinds of mischief and hijinks! You become part of their FAMILY!!
