Natalie Dean has put mystery and suspense in this story enough to keep you guessing and enough romance to sew the story all together. I received an advanced copy of this book for review. I must say I wish they had given more stars to choose from. So I will give it the most allowed, 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.
Shane Owens is a billionaire who runs a country club and equine therapy business in Copper Creek. When his no-good greedy cousins turn up, he knows there will be trouble to follow.
Eloise Callahan has started to work for Shane in the kitchen of the new restaurant he has opened. When his cousin Marc starts to show interest in her, Shane has to do something to prevent the problems he knows will follow. He knows his cousins are up to something - again.
This is a lovely clean romance. There are few twists as well. I really enjoyed reading this book.
I received a free copy of this book and freely and honestly leave my review.
The Callahan girls can’t do anything the easy way. I can’t imagine what Natalie Dean’s brain must look like with all these stories running around in there, trying to get out and getting all tangled up. I mean falling for your boss is one thing, having him be your sister’s ex is another and having him be the cousin of the man you have just met and found interesting adds in a whole new dimension. I have enjoyed all the stories in this series but this might be my favorite with how far Shane will go to protect Eloise. The next book has to be very surprising with it being Brielle’s. She has played an interesting part in all the stories.
This is a well written book with strong characters in Eloise and Shane. The author does a great job developing the story as well as their relationship. She brings a great cast of secondary characters who bring so much more to the story. She pulled me in and kept me glued to the pages reading. The story moves fluidly with descriptive scenes and she delivers a terrific read.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.
Shane & Eloise’s story will hold your attention until the very end and still have you wanting more. I have read every story in this series and I am pretty sure this one is my favorite, I still have to read Brielle’s story when it comes out to decide for sure. This story was so intense that I read it in around 6 hours. Missed a half of a nights sleep, but it was worth it. I highly recommend this whole series.
Excellent story! What he planned kind of backfired on him is that a good thing or not? She is a hard working young woman that gets mixed up into something she did not expect is she in real danger? Can he protect her? Will what was pretend turn out to be something more? Will his horrible family win in the end? All these questions are answered in a brilliant way in this well written piece. I highly recommend it. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
eloise is asked by shan to help out in the kitchen of the restaurant he owns and she agrees then his cousins show up and he know trouble is here. marc one of the cousins wants to go out with eloise but shan does not like it this is a good story, lots of family suspense i was given a copy of the book but this is an honest review
Catching a Cowgirl is a clean, heartwarming romance with a touch of intrigue. Talk about your basic dysfunctional family! Shane is really put through the wringer by his. And Eloise finds she loves working in the restaurant kitchen. This well written book has three dimensional characters, family both good and bad, greedy siblings and more. It kept me well entertained.
This was a great story about a young girl who met a billionaire and after some time managed to get him to look at her and only her. He had two cousins who were bad news and into all kinds of trouble after trying to get his money. This is my review and mine alone. Norma Gorrill
This book will keep you on your toes though the whole book! You will wonder if the evil cousins will win! You will wonder if anything or anyone can stop the train wreck. Please read this book with care there are lots of great ideas to help you with your own life. ENJOY
As a rule most rich people aren’t to conniving type because they already have money. Madeline’s problems stem from spending to much and wanting more. Good thing Shane had a college friend who is an FBI agent and she has been after Madeline for awhile so this worked out well, but I did take the whole book to do it.
So happy that Shane gets his story. Will he end up with a Callahan sister ? If so, which one? Loved this twist in the series and you will too. It can be read as a stand alone but the whole series has been very interesting.
I really enjoyed reading this book! I love all the characters who seem so real and all the twists and turns kept it interesting! Looking forward to Brielle as story!!
I enjoyed this contemporary cowboy billionaire romance. The writing was great, and the characters were very well developed and easy to get to know. I felt the story was engaging with plenty of elements to keep my interest - light romance, mystery, conflict - all with a great ending!
With his friend Eloise. Shane had two cousins that weren’t worth spitting on. They lied cheated spent money like it was water. Let the story begin. You’ll read it in one day because you can’t put it down.
Another great story of another Callahan sister and finding love where she least expected. It was also good to learn more of Shane's background. Glad he found a partner who chose him for the man versus his wealth.
I disliked the tension reading the book caused me. I really wanted to skipped to the end to see how it ended and then read backwards. But I didn't. Great suspense and I would recommend.
I enjoyed this romance with heightened tension due to some family problems and a greedily cousin. It was beautiful to see the change in people as they saw the good in themselves.
Eloise and Shane have a love story that shows a lot of love and forgiveness. It takes Shane a little while to realize how much his dear friends really are.
This author has again written a book in this series just as interesting and entertaining as the last. I love how she crafts each tale for each sister. I am really looking forward to Brielle's tale.
I enjoyed reading this story because of the way Natalia Dean spins her storyline and characters. She brings interesting elements to her stories to make me want to see what happens next.
