This book contains testimonials on people’s health and wellness journeys and what happens when they incorporate grounding. What I liked about this book is that each person had different health issues and it shows how effective grounding is in all/most cases. It also gave me tips on how to incorporate it in my life and the adjustments or tweaks I can make.

I received this book for free when I ordered earthing/grounding mats from earthing.com. It was more of a compilation of healing stories from people who swear by earthing/grounding. It also follows the documentary, The Earthing Movie. It was a good book but I didn’t really need to be sold on the concept, I believe in the healing power of Mother Earth. But, if you’re a skeptic, watch the movie, read the books, do the research, buy the products, go outside. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed in the easy, low-cost medicinal effects that you’ll find with earthing/grounding.
