If it had ended several pages sooner it would have been a five star for me but overall a good spicy read.

These books are short Monster romance books with Steam, Romance, Strong characters, Awesome characters and are standalone stories but you will see some characters showing up in different books in this series too..
This book follows Ash and Izzy.. You will see How Ash and Izzy fell for each other as you read this book.. Each book in this series is a Monster/paranormal Romance wrote by different Authors
Ash is a Phoenix and Randomly bursts into flames.. He owns his own Construction Company which he likes his job.. Since the night of the halloween party years go Ash stays in doors because he does not want to set anything on fire with his flames but he does go out now and again with his brother Reid, his friends Eli and Silas because they don't like to see him close himself off from everyone all the time..
Izzy is Half Demon-Half Fae.. She works at the Monster Delivery food service that's run by Isla.. She used to live in the underground of Hell with her brother who is the king of hell but she did not feel like she fit in so with the help of her brother she moved to the small town called Screaming woods.. She is sassy and likes to have fun with her friends who are maggie and Jackie.. She has wings, horns and can use fae magic which is kool.. One day she is at the bar with her friend Jackie and she feels a change when she looks around to see what she is feeling that's when she sees Ash with a couple of other monsters going to the bar for a drink so when her friends tells her about Ash she can't stop thinking about him

This is an OK paranormal romance, but I did have a few issues with it. It gets 2.5 stars from me, rounded up to 3 stars.
First, it was too short to have as much character development as I like. I would have liked a little more backstory on both Ash and Izzy.
I also felt like the couple was more in lust than in love. They were definitely in lust, but they just didn't know each other well enough to be in love so quickly.
Finally, there was a lot of sex in this story. I enjoy romantic sex scenes -- but these were pretty explicit, with a lot of dirty talk. I just didn't find them romantic at all.
My rating system is below.
1 star -- Hated it, or did not finish. I usually only give this rating if some of the content is truly objectionable to me, like if one of the main characters does something really awful, and gets away with it.
2 stars -- Didn't like it. This rating usually means that I thought the writing wasn't very good, the editing was terrible, I didn't like the characters, or it had other major flaws.
3 stars -- I liked it, but had some minor issues with it. This rating means that there were minor editing issues, the story needed more character development, it was just too unrealistic, or had some other fairly minor issue. The majority of books I read get this rating – I do not consider it a bad rating.
4 stars -- I liked it a lot. This is a high rating for me, and I rarely give a higher one.
5 stars -- I loved it, and will probably read it again. Very few books are good enough to get this rating from me. The ones that do are usually classics.

Oh man. Ash has it pretty rough because going out in a fiery blaze of glory only to be reborn sounds good on the surface, but it's not so great for the people around you. Or the furniture. Or the buildings. Meaning, Ash basically keeps to himself to avoid hurting anybody or anything. Which is understandable.
Then the hot phoenix gets talked into going to a local bar and his world gets rocked when he lays eyes on Izzy. Sure, he's still afraid of spontaneously combusting, but BOY does Izzy do it for him.
On Izzy's end, she's an imp who's never quite felt like she belonged. Settling in Screaming Woods has helped her find her place to a point, but it isn't until she meets Ash that things really start falling into place. Sure, she has someone gunning for her for reasons she's not quite certain of, but STILL.
A little demonic activity, a fae or two, a phoenix who refuses to potentially hurt the woman he's falling for with his phoenix fire, and a lady who goes all in (and without panties) when needed. GOOD TIMES!

Izzy is an half demon half fairy. She was born in hell and moved to Screaming Woods. They meet at a bar/restaurant and Izzy is forward with her interest and Ash is smitten already with the tiny demon fae. They start a cute relationship, but Ash holds back especially during sex because he is afraid to burn Izzy. Izzy is bummed but refuses to give up and during a scuffle, Ash holds her and bursts into flames, along with Izzy, but she regenerates with him! Of course, she is half demon and hellfire is nothing to her so she is fine! When they both see this their sex is hot and smoldering *wink wink* and they don't hold back. You can tell they care and love each other making them a really cute couple.
This was a good one time read I enjoyed this one.

Izzy is an Imp who has never quite found where she belongs so she is trying to figure it out in Screaming Woods.
One look across a bar at each other snd Ash literally turned to ash. But together they figure out their place in there world is with each other. Izzy embraces her abilities and Ash learns how to control his emotions and how now to go full flame 🔥. Their chemistry was literally off the charts hot and the scene were sooooo good. Another great addition to the Monster Between the Sheets series.

Sooo awesome and amazing!!!
I fell in love with this book as soon as Ash's eyes connected with Izzy's. In a phrase it was kismet! Ash has decided to live a life of solitude and loneliness thinking there was no one in Screaming Woods just for him. Wrong! Izzy didn't think she would find true love. Wrong! And when these two get together it's magical and combustible. No spoilers! But this book was funny, sexy, steamy, full of drama and one the best PNR books in a series that I've read this year. I have to say, this series has been so enjoyable. I can't wait to read more.

I absolutely love the newest book in the Monster's between the Sheets 2.0 series. Ash is Reeds brother, and when he drank the punch, he was turned into a Phoenix. He's one of the greatest characters in Screaming Woods, and I love little fairy/imp Izzy for him. Thank you all for giving us this incredible second season of one of my all-time favorite series.

From the moment Izzy and Ash meet literal sparks fly between this.imp and phoenix. Ash is afraid he won't be able to control his fire and hurt Izzy but he won't give her up, not that Izzy would let him. These two have to fight Ash's fears and Izzy past to get their HEA in this entertaining read.

Such a good book. All the books in these series are a touch corny but not too much where you’d want to stop reading. I love that the characters are accepting of people being different. Honestly I’d love to see a season 3 of all the couples kids find their partner. Would loveeeeee to see what ash’s and Izzy’s kid would be like.

Fun, steamy read! I love Ash & Izzy! Ash cracks me up with his reactions to things. Izzy is mischievous & the perfect imp to pull Ash's butt outta the fire. 😂
I enjoyed seeing more of Izzy's brother, too. He's a hoot, but don't tell him I said that! I'm not a fan of heat. 🤣🤣🤣

Ash & Izzy's story was very entertaining. the only negative is that I have to agree with others that the editor needed to be a bit diligent. Typos had a tendancy to bring the moment to a stop, propelling the reader out of it.

This is a very good, well written, sweet, Monster/Demon-Fae romance. The characters feel real, are lovable and interesting. Izzy is an Imp, her mother is a Demon, her Father is Fae. She has never felt like she belonged anywhere. Ash became a Phoenix when he drank the punch at a Halloween festival. Read and enjoy.

Fascinated with the Phoenix
Izzy and Ash sitting in the kitchen…kissing! I loved this couples story , it was beyond hot and Izzy walking around commando for easy access was so hilarious. It was a very entertaining escape.

so many typos
I really wanted to like this book more than I did. The basis of the story was good (which is why I went ahead and gave it 4 stars) but honestly there were so many typos in this book it was just too distracting. It felt very rushed.

Ash, love the name considering he is a phoenix, and Izzy meet and their world is turned upside down. These characters are so wonderful together and the heat is over the top making for a fantastic read.

The angst was pretty crazy. Demons and faes fighting, it was an epic battle. That poor house!!! It was love at first sight for this couple. So great that Izzy made the first move while Ash was stuck dumb and combusted, lol
