This was good but I'm ready for book 3!
Tristan and Chelsea were definitely love at first sight after she saves his life. Unfortunately, at that moment Tristan knew Chelsea was special and fought against it as best as he could. A fortunate circumstance lands them in close proximity for a competition and the rest is history! Now I will say there is drama and crime all around as Tristan and his team are trying to solve while dealing with his overly aggressive supervisor smh! A mess! I enjoyed getting to the bottom of that mystery and really didn't see that end coming. Overall I enjoyed this book but I'm so ready for Langston's book! I need to know why Destiny did what she did and how Lisa plays into this Langston situation!

Ignition set....
The romantic suspense element in this story was not buried too deep. However, I have the avid mystery reader side to my advantage, making it easier to pinpoint the villain. I enjoyed getting Tristan and Chelsea's story. The connection was fire between them, and their story was delightful. I wish Mr. Clark, the dad, would take his sorry bit and sit down somewhere. He is no longer necessary in the love stories. Chelsea and Tristan can handle the heavy lifting now. 😆

This book was gooood!
This series isn’t the most spectacular thing written, but it’s funny and light-hearted. I loved the twist and all the police work in this book compared to the first.
All the boys were raised right! They are so respectful and gentlemen-like!! The father is a little questionable though. lol
Love that it’s three brothers getting together with the girl group/friends.
Overall, I've enjoyed this series. Maybe I'm being too lenient, but this series is the most fun and excitement I've had at reading a book in a while. The month of May wasn't a good reading month.

Woww!
Man, I am really enjoying The Clark’s of Northshire Bend. Tristan really gives you all of the BDE and he has no apologies for it. This well written story flowed well and kept me glued to each page. Tristan and Chelsea’s relationship was hot and steamy. It seemed to be what each of them wanted and needed. Now, Agent Menlo was definitely dickmatized. She and her son were crazy, crazy. I definitely didn’t expect that turn. I absolutely loved how each of the brothers cared about their mother and would check anyone when it came to her, including their father. What can I say about Aunt Loretta? She is something else. Absolutely loved this book and patiently waiting on the next book.

FINALLY I FOUND TRUE LOVE
Tristan promised himself that he would not fall in love because he had no trust in women. Along comes Chelsea and both of their lives are about to change. He had seen her while she performed with her group Genesis Rising. He wanted to make a move but did not until they both entered a dance contest that brought them together.

Another of the Clark brothers finds love!
Tristan finally fell hard for a woman and what do know she, Chelsea has the same name as the woman who broke his heart many years ago! When Chelsea entered a charity dance competition her dad unwittingly pulled in the Chicago serial killer into her life unintentionally placing her at risk! Sadly the one who put all of the killer's killing in motion was his mother who we later learn is also a federal agent! His last kill was to be Chelsea because the mother of the killer had convinced herself that what she and Tristan decreed about their one time hookup being one and done was not really what he meant. The nerve of him not knowing his own mind- not! Tristan was very clear especially since he only sexed her in the first place because she cornered him in his office, undressed and almost forced it on him. He knowing her type because she had been trying to get at him since he became attached to her department, was very clear with her that it was one and done! She agreed to get him to do her then the crazy surfaced!!!! Sadly, her son had to pay the ultimate price while she now will spend the rest of her days in prison having to live with the fact that she led her son to kill and then to situation that got him killed! I enjoyed Tristan and Chelsea's story even with the over shadowing of murder and mental illness that permeated the content of this story!!! Great job as usual Stephanie Nicole Norris, I have now read three and possibly four of these brothers story and all are really, really great!!!!!!!

As usual, the chemistry between any love interests that Ms Norris writes is always off-the-charts hot as🔥🔥! Loved Chelsea and Tristan! The way they met, the practicing, the dance competition--all of it was cute and flirty and then quickly changed to hot and sexy! The suspense/case was interesting and almost intense. It was rather crazy how things worked out with that! The way the capture of the killer was written seemed a bit rushed though Would have loved for that to have been fleshed out more...add in some more drama; especially when it came to the stalking Chelsea and turning the attention on Tristan.
Umm, and I believe that even if Tristan hadn't slept with Agent Menlo, that over-aggressive heifer still would have been a problem! I wish he hadn't--oh! how I wish--Tristan would have never broken down and given her the "d" in the first place!🙄 She couldn't hear anything he was saying past the "d*ckmatizing!"😩 We already knew it wasn’t going to work out well for her!🤣
And shout out to Chelsea's dad! He was working hard to "clean up what he messed up" with the "partner" situation! Eeeek! Glad he managed to talk some sense into Chelsea there at the end! But O-M-G! Really Aunt Loretta?!!! Really?!!!😂🤣😭💀💀💀💀
Now I know I'm beyond ready to read Langston's story!! Not sure why he's been so tight-lipped about Destiny. Again, isn't she the one in the wrong?! She's the one who should be ashamed of her actions, not him. Anyway, gotta wait until the end of May to get that story so I might do a re-read of the Valentine's Series! Speaking of which, well actually mentioning that series reminds me of Daddy Valentine, which in turn reminded me of what another reviewer said about the Clark Brothers' father in this story. LOL! I agree that Frederick needs to go somewhere and sit down--he was not needed in the story unless the point was to get on my nerves 🙄 or have Mama Clark keep scoring one-up on him and hopefully laying the groundwork for her own story!🤣

This book is full of holes. Things that don’t add up and a plot that’s sacrificed for “the romantic story.” Also he was the most unprofessional FBI Agent EVAH!
So story - Tristan Clark, the youngest Clark brother, is a FBI Agent who is relationship adverse because of advice he got from his father. Tristan is taking time off and staying with his family in Chicago.
Chelsea is a member of a popular girl group from Chicago who has an unforgettable meeting with Tristan.
The meeting affects Tristan but because he’s relationship adverse he doesn’t act on it. The story goes from there and sounds good so far. Here are my challenges:
- Agent Janet Melo - dude you knew something was up with her. You’re an FBI Agent why didn’t you follow up
- You’re on a huge case tracking a serial killer and you have time to practice for a dance competition that’s not part of your cover? Yeah right.
- A clitoris is not a plum. If it’s that dayum big get yourself to the gyno right away cause something is wrong.
- Pop, pop, pop, pop - OMG! If I had read that one more time I was just gonna stand in the street screaming.
And yes my silly ass is reading the last book in the series…

Tristan and Chelsea was a good mystery romance. Tristan is FBI and Chelsea is another member of Genesis Rising. I love her relationship with her father. Tristan was hurt by a woman named Chelsea in college and when they meet as the reader you're thinking it's the same Chelsea. Later you get to know that Tristan needed this Chelsea to help him get pass his heartache about the college Chelsea. He said he needed this Chelsea so it was more than coincidence and divine intervention. It was destiny.
Tristan and Chelsea met because she saves his life and of course they know each other because her friend and groupmate Tina is married to his brother Malik. When he decides he wants to get to know her, it sets off a chain of events that I saw coming but was shocked by the lengths obsessed people would go due to delusion. I read the prelude to this series and I knew Special Agent Jessica Menlo would be a problem for Tristan but I didn't realize she would wreak havoc. You can't make a man want you especially when he's rebuffed your advances including friendship at every turn.
In the end, Chelsea and Tristan found their way back to each other and their HEA.

My Sentiments:
It was a good read, 'Igiting His Obsession: lite Alliance' featuring Tristan and Chelsea. They had attended many of the same gatherings, but it wasn't until Tristan volunteered for a charity that these two were brought together. However, these two had met earlier when Chelsea had saved his life. Who would have thought, with Tristan working for the FBI, that he would have to protect Chelsea? This was an exciting story that the reader would keep turning the pages to see what was coming next. Be prepared for a lot of twists, drama, action, steamy romantic scenes, and crime in the story, especially bringing in who this 'cupid killer' was and why it happened as it did.

So Enjoyable
WOW! I have to say this is amazing! What a great series of stories, they will bring a smile to your face. The characters are awesome and their chemistry burns up the pages. It's full of emotions and feisty sexy heroines with handsome drop your pantys handsome heroes. I can tell you that you will enjoy the suspense, especially if you don't mind the sizzling hot scenes, plus if all else fells every page will keep you on the edge of your seat. Characters like these draw me in to see how much their character will grow throughout the story and of course I wasn't disappointed ,There is definitely a cliffhanger but this is not the end, so don't be too hard on the author because you get to laugh your until your side hurts at the end of this one!!!

This book was HOT🔥
If you read the previous book, you knew that Tristan and Chelsea had a connection. Tristan tried to fight it but it was a lost cause. He finally gave in to Chelsea and they blew each other’s mind and their backs out!! I was saying oh my damn during every sexy scene. This couple was equally yoked when it came to every aspect of theirs lives. While this book was super sexy, it was also suspenseful. Tristan was trying to love his woman and protect her from harm. They had a minor setback but Chelsea needed her man and he needed her.
I absolutely loved this book. Stephanie Nicole Norris ALWAYS comes correct with her characters and her stories. She’s become one of my go to authors.

Great as usual…
I’m a huge fan of Stephanie Nicole Norris and love her signature storytelling. I’ve read every story she’s told up to this book. This time though, I really wanted more. I wanted a longer whirlwind romance where I experience the moments that make them fall in love through the pages. The sex is perfect lol don’t change a thing, but somehow I’m left craving intimacy. I loved Tristan, but I’m not sure that I can clearly define him from Malik. I would have loved more scenes with them practicing for the dance competition together because I think moments could have been created to give more insight on why they’re so compatible. I’m left wondering “What is this couples superpower?”

Igniting his obsession
I enjoyed this book and the connection and chemistry between Tristan and Chelsea. I liked that Tristan couldn’t fight his growing attraction and feelings for Chelsea for long and that she welcomed him with open arms. This book was filled with plenty love and some drama and danger, but in the end, love conquered all. I had a feeling about Agent Menlo when she popped up and my suspicions about her were valid. I highly recommend this book and this series as these Clark brothers love like no other and that transfers over into the bedroom for some super hot love scenes.

This time we check in with little brother Tristan and the second member of Genesis Rising Chelsea. This was a good read, it has lots of heat, some suspense.
Tristan and Chelsea were really cute once Tristan got out of his own way. While I wasn’t shocked by the reveal of the killer(s) I suspected both actually, I was shocked by the connection.
My only issue is it kind of just ended. I would’ve liked to have seen them a little bit later before we get into the last brother/group member’s story, but I know we’ll see them again so not a big deal.

Tristian,Tristian,Tristian he definitely was all about protecting and serving. Especially when it came down to Chelsea❤️
I enjoyed the story which had some interesting twists and turns, including a couple of oh my…I didn’t see that coming. Needless to say that closet scene in the last chapter had me laughing out loud. 😂 although I felt like I may have missed something by not downloading the app that was suggested by the author but I still enjoyed the book.

Needless to say that closet scene in the last chapter had me laughing out loud. 😂 although I felt like I may have missed something by not downloading the app that was suggested by the author but I still enjoyed the book.

WOW!!!
Those Clark brothers are so HOT!!! Chelsea literally saved Tristan’s life! He didn’t want to have feelings for her, but she was his destiny. They were drawn to each other. He ended up saving her life as well. I couldn’t believe who the Cupid killer turned out to be! I’m just glad that everything worked out the way it did. As always, I got my laugh out loud moment with aunt Loretta and Stevie’s antics! I can’t wait to read Langston’s story!! Thank you Ms. Norris for another awesome book!! ❤️🔥

Swooning
Tristan is such a suave and debonair man; just imagining his has me swooning. Chelsea is a beautiful and loving person that is truly an amazing. I love the way this romance begins and I am happy that through it all they found their true love and happiness. Now for Jessica, she was absolutely dicknotized and obsessed with Tristan. I never saw that coming with Mike, only thought he was just obsessing over Chelsea.
Stephanie, just keep the books coming; I love reading and letting my thoughts run wild and free!!!!

Just Awesome!
This was absolutely awesome, from the beginning to the very end. The writer gives us a sexy modern old fashioned romance with a lot of heat.🔥🔥This story also came with such a good suspenseful moments and a good who dunnit. I loved the chemistry between the characters, it comes off effortlessly. My only complaint is we don't get to see the bothers really hang out together, nor does get a lot of inner action with oldest Derrick.I really want Langston to get his girl,he needs a story, along with momma. Overall you will not be disappointed one bit.

The slow build is so natural it’s easy to get lost in the story. So when it progressively starts to get steamy the author keeps you there for a minute. Did I say sex? Oh I said sexy, okay. This story took an unexpected turn packed a punch towards the end. Not going into spoilers. Read for yourself. Oh one last thing, while the men in these stores are the Knights who come to save. And the women breaks it off. It’s the women who have to make the first move to reconcile the relationship. Love that! In to book 3 Langton.

Yes it would have taken a little longer, oh all the people Mike and the Agent was his mama. This book was so good how let's get Langston together and then it's going to be on with Cynthia but I think Fredrick is going cause some problems

Igniting His Obsession is Tristan and Chelsea’s story and it did not disappoint! This book has romance, steamy scenes, twists, action, and a little suspense thrown in. Stephanie Nicole Norris has a great writing style that keeps you coming back for more. Don’t just take my word for it, this is a definite must read as well as her other books. I do encourage you to read ARCH before Igniting His Obsession to get a full understanding of this book.

The storyline keeps you turning the page to see what happens next until you get to the end and then you are sad it’s over but happy with the ending
