Prepare yourself for an emotional rollercoaster of which you never want to end. After reading this prequel I can’t wait for Sully’s story! He’s part of an MC Club and when he meets Clover, he is thrown for a loop. He can sense and see the shattered life she has led. Clover has been thru things no one should have to endure, yet she is strong and resilient and determined to make a better life for herself. Could having Sully in her life be the way? These two souls have so much darkness in their lives but maybe together they can find some light. My heart hurt for Clover and ached for Sully and I hoped things would turn out for the best. Guess I will have to wait and see when Sully’s story comes out. I can’t wait for more!

Read the triggers. This isn't an easy read, and even though it's short it's intense. It's brutal and real, and I never wanted it to end. I don't usually get this emotionally drawn into shorts, but Ms. Rene has a way of painting pictures with her words, and her books always captivate me. Other than the triggers, it's important to note that this is just the beginning of Lucky and Sully's adventure, and it does end on a bit of a cliffhanger. Nothing so dramatic that you'll be ripping your hair out, but enough that you'll be anxiously waiting for the next one.

This is a short novella. Clover is from the US but has an Uncle in Belfast Ireland who gets her help when she needs to get away. A guy from rehab takes a liking to her and gives her the nickname Lucky.
They meet again after a few months and later they realize they know each other from years ago.
Not sure if this is a good thing or bad .... guess we'll find out in the next book...

I am always so excited to be back in the RBMC world. I just love it so much and Lucky Clover is a great addition to that series.
This is a dark book that you will want to read the warning in the beginning of before you dive in. It might contain triggers for some readers.
This book is a roller coaster of emotions that will have your head spinning. This is the story of Clover and Sully. Clover is a girl who has lived a life that will jut break your heart. However now she has escaped all the pain and is in a rehab clinic in Belfast. She certainly is one of the most determined characters and a real fighter. I loved that about her. She is running from her past but in this journey she is about to find out just who she was always meant to be. Sully is a member of the RBMC. He is super loyal and loves his MC family but he sure isn't a man who has the time or patience for a relationship. However when he is with Clover he finds himself drawn to her in ways he never thought he could be drawn to anyone ever. That is about all I can tell you about the story as I don't want to give anything away. I think that diving in blind is the best way to go. I loved these characters. I love uncovering Clovers past and seeing how her and Sully navigate what they have to go through. I so cannot wait to have more of their story. I need it right now actually. I am hooked and you need to join me by reading this book right away.

I really enjoyed Clover and Sully's story it is a quick intriguing read. Clover has lived a life full of pain but she has escaped and finds herself in a rehab clinic in Belfast. Clover probably wouldn't consider herself strong but she is determined, tenacious and a fighter. We meet a woman trying to discover who she is whilst outrunning her past. Sully is a loyal member of the MC one who doesn't have the time or patience for a relationship but finds himself drawn to Clover in ways he can't explain. I loved the tension in the storyline between them and the past we know Clover is running from. The attraction and sexual chemistry was written well but as a reader I was waiting for the hammer to fall and smash everything to pieces. It is my fault that I didn't know this is only book one of their story so when that cliffhanger came I was screaming in frustration but only because I was enjoying it so much. Book two cannot come fast enough for me.

I haven’t read an MC book in a long time and this was perfect to reignite my love for them. I loved Clover and Sully's little meet-cute and how easily they fell into friendship with one another. The cliffhanger was just intriguing enough to keep you wanting more, with the added bonus of a sneak peak in to Sully's upcoming book. I can’t wait to hear more about Clover and Sully’s pasts, and see how they continue their relationship.

Oh my heart! Clover's story is utterly heartbreaking, intense and all consuming. The things she's been through is horrific. Then there's Sully, past meeting the present.
"Nothing is going to save me,
not even some handsome tattooed Adonis."
The energy between these two is palpable. They couldn't deny that attraction even if they wanted to.
“It doesn’t matter what ye go through in life, sweetheart. As long as ye take time to breathe each day, that’s more than anyone can ask of ye.”
I can't wait for Sully. Their story is going to be epic I just know it!
“Sometimes it’s breathing that hurts the most."

This book is a great introduction to Sully and Clover. Sully meets Clover while on a mission for Monster, the prez of his RBMC chapter. Sully & Clover are drawn to each other, recognising the darkness they’ve both experienced. I could see the strong connection forming but the timing was not quite right. I love the suspense of Clover’s secrets yet to be revealed & the danger that is sure to come. If you’ve got triggers, you’ll want to check the warnings because neither of these characters has had an easy life. Great introduction to Sully & Clover’s story, can’t wait to see more of them.

Clover and Sully's prequel is a tantalizing must read! Clover is an incredibly strong survivor. Determined to better herself, she flees to Ireland where she seemingly meets Sully. The delicious alpha is the cleaner for the Belfast Chapter of the RBMC and he's got his heart set on Clover. I can't wait to read more of these two and the rest of their story in Sully, releasing this summer.

For a short read, Lucky Clover is an intense one.
Clover is a survivor of domestic abuse who is trying to reclaim her life in Belfast; where she meets Sully, who is on a mission for the club.
I loved both of these characters, Clover is strong and Sully is protective.
This is just the beginning of Clover and Sully's story, I can't wait to see where it goes with their next book.

So so good. I thoroughly enjoy all the books from this author and this is another great read by her. My only complaint is it’s not long enough for me but as there’s more to come I’ll try and stay calm.
Clover is a very likeable character. She is running from badness. When she meets Sully he is everything she wasn’t expecting.
I thoroughly loved this story and can’t wait to read more.

Clover Isn't as Lucky as the Name Sully Gave Her
This is a hard read if you've suffered any kind of abuse so stay clear of it if you have.
However, it's a great novella to introduce both Clover and Sully. Dani keeps you intrigued and wanting to continue reading to find out the big secret.

4 1/2 stars. This was a quick entertaining read. I loved Clover and her interactions with Sully. Her past was full of tragedy, but he had a way of quieting her feelings. They became separated, and it was heartbreaking. Sully was caring and protective but did what he had to do. I will be looking to read his story to find out how all of this turns out.

This book was a short read but it packed a big punch! Clover and Sully's story had me crying. I know this is just the beginning, but I already need more now! Clover's past is full of heartache, and Sully is sweet and so good!

I like how there is a separate story about their history. It goes into more detail which is nice and helps you understand a lot more. I liked how they met each other in this one and how he helped her without knowing the full story or that he was helping her.

This prequel to the main story will feature Sully's story. It was a nice introduction to characters and setup that showed us what is going on inside their heads, how they would try to overcome obstacles, and what has made them into who they are.
Once again Ms. Rene invited us to Royal Bastards MS and you know what - I liked it and I can't wait for more is to come!

Book #3 in the Royal Bastards MC: Belfast, Northern Ireland and is a prequel to Sully's story. This story took a piece of my heart and kept it. I loved Clover so much. Dani outdid herself yet again with this beautiful story.

My heart broke while reading Clover’s story.
What she went through has left devastation in her heart and soul.
Be still my heart, Sully a big imposing figure of a man.
Tattooed and in a MC and the very definition of bad boy.
But his heart is big and kind. His nature is righting wrongs. He stole my heart from the get go.
His upbringing wasn’t the easiest. Which has lead him to where he now finds himself.
Cleaner in the Royal Bastards MC.
This is a prequel to Sully’s full story. It’s a fast read. But packs a full punch.
It’s emotional from start to finish. I had so many different ranging emotions and feelings going through me while reading.
While it’s gut wrenching and heart breaking at different points.
I could also fell the intense connection between Sully and Clover.
I could feel the chemistry between them as well.
I could feel the start of something promising that can bloom and blossom with time.
My goodness that stunning surprise Ms. Rene brilliantly has towards the end of the story shocked the hell out of me. Which it shouldn’t as this is Dani Rene I’m talking about.
So to say I’m excited to read the full length Sully novel is putting it mildly.

Such an emotional journey filled with many heartbreaks for a young Clover and her journey of survival, her secrets will be uncovered and the events will start the next stage of carnage for Clover and the The Royal Bastards MC.
Sully, who rides with The Royal Bastards MC as their "cleaner," feels drawn to the little broken Clover.

Yes!! I’m new to this word so I definitely will be jumping in feet first from the beginning. This prequel novella is a tease but hits the spot. Clover and Sully’s beginning sucker punches you. Despite how short their story is, i am stoked to know it’s just the start of what is sure to be an epic full-length story. The author does a fab job captivating you… now to be patient and wait for their journey to start! I need more!

MS Dani has stolen my thoughts with Clover and Sully. Now I am stuck wanting mire from this couple. Wanting to see what it is about these two that is from the past. Waiting to see what will happen between the two of them. What does it have to do with the cartel.
While I am not a fan of cliffhangers I am thoroughly curious about how this will turn out now. I can't wait for the next book.

What an intense read this was, I felt all the feels. Clover and Sully both have a terrible past, she's running from gerbils life and he's trying not to fall for the beautifully broken girl. Love how they started out as friends, friends that needed each other when they had no one. Can't wait for the next read

This is an intense read that takes us down an emotional path of what Clover has been though and what has lead her to where she is now. Sully is part of the MC in Belfast, a man that has so much more to him that meets the eye. We’re left with such a jaw dropping ending that will have you dying to know how everything comes together. I cannot wait until June to read more about these two.

Sooo intriguing!!!
This book is short but leaves me with soooo many questions, I'm so excited to learn more.
