She’s too jaded to believe in love. He’s a playboy with a parade of women through his bed. When she finds herself falling for her brother’s best friend, will their romance end in heartbreak and regret?
*** Brianna I swore off romance after my parents’ ugly divorce when I was a teenager. Meanwhile, my brother is busy eagerly planning his wedding to the love of his life.
Which means I have to spend even more time around his best friend (and best man at the wedding) Mack O’Gorman. Belonging to one of the local motorcycle club charters, the Alpha Riders MC, he oozes masculinity and he uses it to his full advantage, flirting with every woman he lays eyes on – including me, much to my annoyance.
No matter what a tempting bad boy Mack might be, I refuse to be yet another notch in his bed post.
So why did I find myself kissing him?
Mack Brianna Cline is cold and aloof. There’s nothing I wouldn’t give to warm her up all night long. But even if hell froze over and we were the last two people on this planet, she will never share my bed.
Even though I know better than to mess with my best friend’s sister, I can’t get Brianna out of my head. She deserves more than my manwh*re ass can offer her though. She’s not just a quick roll in the sheets and if I cross that line, my best friend would kill me.
No one ever believed I could settle down with one woman. Until Brianna kisses me and I know we belong together forever.
*** Mack is the sixth book in a series of short motorcycle club romance novellas, each featuring a member of the Alpha Riders MC gang. These men aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty when it comes to protecting the women they love! Each story can be read as a standalone book, with NO cliffhangers, NO cheating, and all the HEA you could hope for!
I had trouble seeing Mack and Bri in a relationship😭😭😭. Mack is a manwhore, carefree and always joking and flirting. We didn’t get to see too much of that in this book. Bri is standoffish, serious, and a bit of a loner. I loved that she can keep Mack on his toes, and that she has that angry little Bri side to her, not afraid to give Mack a piece of her mind. I’m sure it’s because they’ve known each other for years. Bri one day decides that she likes Mack more than she should, and Mack, after a kiss, decides that Bri will do (lol jk). They both come to the conclusion that they liked each other for years but they didn’t act on it, instead becoming friendly enemies in a way.
I wish they secretly liked each other, instead of completely avoiding even realizing it.
3.74 Stars for me.

Mack is gross. Different woman (or women) in his bed every night. Always flirting and inappropriately dropping sexual innuendos, even to his best friend’s little sister (h) and best friend’s old lady (suggesting a threesome). He has multiple ladies in his bed all the time so I guess this is just typical and funny? Not H material. Not sure why Bri liked him beyond the physical attraction. No depth to characters.
Mack and Bri are just wow! Just when I was gearing up for another similar love story in the Alpha MC Riders series, Audrey Bell threw me for a loop and changed it all in the best way possible.
Mack and Bri have known each other for years. As her brother's best friend, Mack has always been around and they have all seen each other in their worst stages of life. Now Bri's brother Joey is getting married and everything they have been trying to hide from each other is about to blow up in their faces.
The previous stories in this series have had danger lurking in the form of ex's of the FMC or rivals who feel they have been done wrong by the MMC in some way shape or form that usually lead to a semi-violent incident happening that brings everyone closer together in the end. This story deviated from that. The main enemy in this story was the feelings that Mack and Bri were hiding from each other and the implications of what would happen if they acted on those feelings, which I thought was a nice change of pace from the previous stories. There will always be external enemies but it was nice to see that sometimes the enemy is your feelings and what will happen if you act on them.
I really loved Bri as the FMC. she was fierce and sassy with a showing of strength that rivaled all of the other FMC's in this series, but the hidden vulnerability that you see in her mind was really well written and added another layer to the story and the series. Her fears of marriage and love were something that I think everyone goes through at some point in life, whether they are as strong as hers or not, and they really helped move the story along in terms of character development and plot. Mack was also a really fun MMC to read. He may be a member of the Alpha Riders MC but he is the first foreign member in the series- he's Irish and despite the fact that I wish we got to see more of his Irish brogue come out in the story, he was just hot. His dirty talk was on fire and the personal journey he takes to realize his love for Bri was really well done and woven into the overall story nicely.
The dialogue between these two was also really fun to read. They both know how to get under each other's skin and it certainly shows in the exchanges they have and the one liners they tend to dump on each other. Even when things may get taken too far, it was nice to see that each stand their ground and don't let the other get away with their crap.
Another hit out of the park and I can't wait for this series to continue!
Mack is best friends with Joey who is about to marry is true love but he is concerned with his sister and her hermit attitude about life Brianna is an account so she can work just about anywhere. Brianna has been in love with Mack for a long time but Mack is a womanizer so she cannot have anything to do with him. Sitting in her favorite diner when Mack and his latest tart comes in and he sits at her table and the woman joins him he makes fun of Brianna and hurts her feelings he realizes to late what he has done. she moves from her brothers place into her own and she is shocked when Mack comes knocking. Things change for the better and they find that they like each other but when Joey finds out he is ready to kill his best friend. I purchased a copy without obligation. I volunteered an honest review.
Mack, Joey and Brianna have been in each other’s lives for forever but things things are changing with Brianna’s brother Joey getting married. Brianna and Joey have been roommates and since Mack has a key to their apartment you just never know when the biker will show up. It’s usually after a big night with a rotating line of different women whom Mack has drowned himself in. His best friend Joey never had a reason to threaten Mack until his sister’s future was on the line.
All it took was one little kiss for things to blow up between Mack and Brianna with both of them finally admitting how they really feel about the other. Now they just have to convince Joey that Mack is done with his old life with the women.
I loved Mack: Book 6 of Alpha Riders MC. Brianna is tired of living with her brother and his fiancé. She needs to get away from them and her brothers best friend Mack and his endless stream of women. She can’t take it any longer. One kiss with Mack has changed her whole world but she knows it meant nothing to him, he’s probably already forgotten about it and moved on, that’s his normal MO. Mack can’t get Brianna off his mind. He realizes he’s in love with her but how will his best friend react and will Brianna want him back? This was a quick, sweet story and I love the characters. I would definitely recommend this book.

Brianna swore off relationships because her parent’s divorce messed her up so much. Her brother didn’t scene to have the same hangups about relationships and him and his fiancé were moving forward with marriage plans. Mack, the playboy of the Alpha Riders MC, has been best friends with Brianna‘s brother since they were little. Him and Bri were always trading barbs with each other. She is overwhelmed by her brothers display of affection towards his fiancé, and just his wedding plans in general, and being a third wheel in their tiny apartment. Mack invites her to a music festival, and they both have their eyes open to each other. What will Bri’s brother do when he finds out Mack and Bri are together? Will Mack change his ways for Bri?
Mack is a player. There is not a night he does not have a woman in his bed. Brianna keeps her heart closed off not wanting to face the same faith as her parents.
Around Brianna there is something different that has Mack unsure of his feelings, but he knows that she deserves more.
Fast read with the perfect amount of heat and steam that pulls you in. Oh the tension between her brother and Mack when he finds out about him and Brianna would take a chainsaw to cut through, but when Mack proves himself his feeling and love shines through.

Alpha Riders MC biker Mack (H) and his best friend’s sister, Brianna (h), are constantly swiping at one another, especially with regards to his prolific love life. She’s gun shy about opening herself up to love until she and Mack seem to suddenly open their eyes for one another. Mack struggles to handle himself around Brianna and can’t seem to get things right without hurting her. But just when things seem to be going right, her brother finds out what they’ve been up to. Lovely MC quickie romance with a side of heat and some relationship angst.
Mack and Brianna find themselves spending more time together when his best friend her brother begins planning his wedding. Mack is a womanizer and Brianna can't stand him but when they have an unexpected kiss it changes the caliber of their relationship. Will Mack and Brianna's frenemy relationship turn into one that leads to a happily ever after. This story had me connecting with Mack and Brianna cheering them on to finding happiness.

I loved this book! I have been reading all the books in the Alpha Riders series and they just keep getting better and better. Loved that all it took for Mack to settle down was to come to terms with how he felt for his best friends sister. Mack helped Brianna through her fears and the chemistry between them was 🔥.
I was a bit worried where this story was heading when it started, because the focus was on her brother and his paramour. There was a lot of baggage on both sides that made sense, but it wasn’t hidden. I liked that. I liked how this story ended, but loved the Bonus Scene. It was perfect for this story.
💕💓💕 Mack and Brianna 💕💓💓 Mack is a man whore...Brianna doesn't believe in love! Mack is her brothers best friend.... Briana is scared of commitment! Great book about love, commitment and more! Quick read but Audrey Bell does an awesome job of telling this story! Great series and book!.

Delightful romance of Mack and Brianna of Alpha Riders MC
Mack and Brianna had known each other since she was a kid! Her brother and Mack were best friends! Then one day Mack woke up! He realized Brianna's brother Joey, was not going to be happy if he pursued his sister! A fun read! Highly recommend to the fans of the Alpha Riders MC Cub!

This was such a fun brothers best friend novella. Mack might be one of my favorite in the series. Mack & Bri have clearly liked each other for a long time but never acted on it. It was fun to finally see them act on it. It got pretty steamy too 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ Definitely recommend this one!
Man tramp makes good. What a great story. Quick fun and sweet. With a little brotherly irritation. Perfect length for a lunch or bedtime read, definitely read the extra on book funnel.
Well written story and well developed characters. This is Mack's turn! And what a trip it is! Will she believe that he has changed? Will her brother, his best friend, accept him? Find out!!
Mack and Bri.. wow what a true love story. Her life was built by thinking that loving someone would end In heart break and Mack being her brothers best friend knew her issues. Mack was a player with the girls he never realized how much he was into Bri until she kissed him and then all bets were off. Such a good story of hurt and love 💕 Great story.
