Great tool! Broken down into psychological, medical, child and family, and environmental and situational crisis situations. Includes terrorism, disaster, PTSD and dozens more topics. If this is your field and you don't have this, you are truly missing out.

A not-impossible-to-follow book on an interesting topic, directly mainly towards professionals / prospective professionals
