100% one of the BEST self-help style books I have read. Excellent advice based on scientific background (which is always a great way to my heart) and then activities which provide immediate access to an actually actionable toolkit! Jayne has well and truly cracked it with this one. I read it during a time when I really needed to hear her words and dipped in and out of it as and when needed.
