I appreciated all the segments about dietary supplements and sleep, but even the segments about the 12 step skincare in Korea was fascinating, and I’m going to make a few changes to how I clean my skin in the shower.

I’m not sure where this bio hacking term came from it’s basically a fancy word for how to take care of yourself. This is a good book on the fundamentals of overall good health in my opinion. I was looking for a secret list of bio hacking items but it is really a book full of common sense ways to treat yourself well. I think this is a great book for someone looking for a place to start.
