Not on par
I've been devouring this author's true crime compilations but was decidedly disappointed with this one. I knew many of the cases and one of the most well known, that of Shayna Hubers, I found lacking. The chapter was so brief and left out much pertinent info such as how Ryan was to go out with Miss Ohio before Shayna killed him. The chapter on the Nazi came out of nowhere and whereas I usually give this author a four or five star, I was let down. However, I will continue to finish her books as they are usually pretty good.

A page turner, very well written, not the same old same old. Good job.

This book contains 20 cases including obscure crimes that have not been covered previously by other authors and shows. Jamie doesn't hold back from the gory details, which admittedly is something I enjoy in these books. Jamie clearly has a talent for writing true crime and it's evident that she has put time and effort into her research. This book was as enjoyable as the others in the series, and easily to get lost and dragged into the stories.
