Leo Swift is an aspiring dragonologist who has recently moved from Indianapolis, Indiana to the small town of Galileo, Missouri.
Galileo, nestled in the Ozark mountains, is a mysterious town rumored to be inhabited by wizards and dragons. It's also well-known for its auto racing community, which is what pulled Leo's family to Galileo. Leo's father, Mage, is a mechanic with a magic touch.
When Leo's mother and little sister go missing, he has a hunch that a live dragon is involved. Unfortunately, Mage has no time for dragon tales (or anything imaginative). So, persuading his father that dragons are more than fantasy will require magic beyond Leo’s wildest daydreams.
But whoever said daydreams aren’t real?
Buckle up, grab a Dungeon’s Donut, a cup of Trader’s enchanted coffee–and, if you have time, swing on over to B. Wilder’s Book Den and meet the local dragon, Notsch. She’ll be the one hoarding the bright green tennis balls.
Great book very adventurous with lots of twists and turns loved all the characters I hope their is a sequel if you like Harry Potter and Charlie bone or lord of the rings or like adventure magic wizards and dragon then this is a must read for both kids and adults
