Leigha Madison has enjoyed reading and writing for her entire life. She was reading at a high school level in fourth grade and spent a lot of her free time in high school writing novellas for her friends and family.
Leigha Madison's debut novel, Perfect Little Omega, is an expansion and modification of a novella she wrote almost 10 years ago. She adapted it to fit the omegaverse genre.
Leigha Madison is currently editing several different completed novels in multiple romance genres. She anticipates having three more novels published by the end of March, 2023.
Her other works fall under paranormal, fantasy, omegaverse, and urban fantasy. All of her works are erotic romance novels involving a lot of spicy scenes with excellent plot.
Perfect Little Omega: Part Two" solidifies its place as one of my favorite Omegaverse series ever, building upon the foundation laid in Part One with even more depth and excitement. Leigha continues to impress with her storytelling prowess, weaving a narrative that is both captivating and emotionally resonant.
At the heart of the pack's dynamics is Sloane, the female main character around whom the story revolves. Leigha skillfully explores Sloane's journey, her strengths, vulnerabilities, and the bonds she forms with each pack member. Sloane's role as a central figure adds a layer of depth to the narrative, highlighting her importance in shaping the pack's future.
I deeply appreciate how Leigha devotes time to each pack member, ensuring they all have their moments of reassurance and growth, particularly highlighting characters like Simon who steal scenes with their complexity and charm. This attention to detail enhances the overall richness of the story, making the pack's journey feel authentic and engrossing.
With promises of six more books set in this vibrant world, Leigha sets the stage for expansive storytelling that promises even more intrigue and passion. "Perfect Little Omega: Part Two" not only delivers on its promise of an action-packed continuation but also leaves readers eagerly anticipating the next chapters in this compelling series.
For fans of Omegaverse romance and dynamic, character-driven plots, "Perfect Little Omega" by Leigha stands out as a must-read. It seamlessly blends suspense, romance, and intricate world-building, delivering a narrative that captivates from start to finish. With the series set to continue with Sloane's father and his pack, alongside a new captive, Leigha promises further exploration of this richly imagined universe. I eagerly anticipate the next installment to see how this new dynamic unfolds and adds depth to the already compelling storyline.
I enjoyed the first one. This one kind of dragged for me. And the ending was very unsatisfying. I know it left it open for Mariellas story, but the whole conflict of the book wasn’t resolved. It’s kind of like ending a series on a cliffhanger. Also both books need some editing. Overall I enjoyed Sloanes story but I would have loved some resolution. I would have loved more than a page of her and simons first time and him being bitten into the pack. I would have loved to know if she’s having a boy or girl and who the father is. If it’s something the author is saving for the next story in this world, that’s annoying because it isn’t sloanes story anymore. Or if it’s just left up to us to guess, that’s annoying as well.
The Conti/Ricci story had a most excellent ending! True omegaverse, excellent mafia storyline, can't fault it! And happy to hear there is more to come! Whoo!
I’m so, so happy with this conclusion! I modeled the MMC characters after my brother-in-law and his friends, they act like giant children all the time, but it's always hilarious to see big guys wrestling around like little kids.
Not to toot my own horn, but I think it's pretty good for a debut duet from a brand new, indie author. Thank you to everyone who has read the duet and enjoyed it. To those who didn't enjoy it so much, thank you for your honest feedback. Unfortunately, we aren't a good match, but I hope you find other reads out there that you do love.
Reading is such a personal, intimate experience for all of us, I'm just glad that I can add to it for some people. I hope you stick around and continue to enjoy my works as I continue the story with Morris, Marco, Remi, Dmitri and Mariella!
The first part I was HOOKED. absolutely devoured it. However I was let down with part 2. SIMON. I absolutely felt for him. He got the shit end of the stick in terms of relationship development.
*Spoilers*
He started with Kai then ALMOST DIED for Sloane and all he got was put out of the the pack basically in terms of relationship development and bonding. Hell he even lost Kai basically to Hudson. After Kai and Hudson have their moment there genuinely not one scene of intimacy or true affection between Kai and Simon. Even as Simon is bearing his soul and insecurities Kai is more upset that Sloane is upset.
It’s fucked. I hate when a relationship is already set prior to the storyline and gets dropped for the main character to have a larger relationship with only 1/2 of the previous.
Legit Simons bonding was the end of the epilogue and then taken over by Kai. WTF. To be followed up by the other 2 MC to join. No follow up on how Simon felt about how loved he was or if Sloane finally understood where he was coming from.
Felt like the MM was just a checkmark for readers interest.
Sad that this beautifully pack development fell to sub par. :/

I really tried to stick this out, but I just couldn't do it. At 60% I couldn't push myself anymore. I loved the first book, but this was horrible. Sloane and Simon both went through something traumatic. However, not a single person is treating Simon with the kindness or patience he deserves. Yeah they physically take care of him, but emotionally they are horrendous. It doesn't matter that his fears and pain are irrational, it's still 100% valid. Sloane is a raging brat and everyone else is mean AF to him. JFC THE MAN WAS SHOT!! Simon already struggled with fitting in as a beta in the pack with Sloane and him being shot only made it worse. He almost didn't make it off the damn table and is still healing, yet screw his trauma and feelings right? Ew ew ew. You can set boundaries while still being loving and kind. Talk to him, have hil get help SOMETHING besides what was actually written. Also do these people ever talk instead of have sex? Don't get me wrong I love filthy smut as much as the next book hoe lol. But I'd like to see some connection grow between the characters where it's not built on only sex.
this book just ended so abruptly… i understand that she wanted the unsolved problem for another book duet but i finished reading and i was like “EPILOGUE??” 😂 but yeah, great book!
hudson was soooo annoying, ughh
simon having problems being accepted as a beta and sloane makes it a problem abt her… yikes, what a woman 🤦🏽♀️
what a fcking rollercoaster ride this was, and i was expecting ALL conflicts done and a spin-off qith dmitri, marco and morris, but now that i know that mariella and remi are gonna be mixed up ???? sign me the fck ON 😂😂😂
remi was my fave character in BOTH books, even though he doesnt get a POV in neither (i think, i dont remember) so im excited to continue reading this lil world leigha has created :)
Overall, I really liked the author's writing style. There were a lot of text conversations and it was nice to have something to break up the typical dialogue. And there was a lot of dialogue in this duet. Also the smut was excellent.
Unfortunately, I found the characters to be increasingly annoying throughout the story. Specially in the last half of the second half of the book. Hudson was sooo unbelievable whiney about wanting to be IN Sloan 24/7. He went from a a fierce dom to a bratty sub in my opinion. I much preferred when he was obsessed and a little psycho. But he ended up constantly intruding on Sloan's time with the other guys and seemed to want to be the center of her attention and pouting when he wasn't. "You have to share" was overdone.
Simon was just as if not more annoying. And is a perfect example why I get annoyed with mm. He kept making things about him and his insecurities, and not listening to anyone when they tried to reassure him.
Brooks was the only one of the guys that didn't annoy me.
Sloan was just as bad as Hudson and Simon in other ways, especially towards the end. She was snarling and yelling at the guys when they were just worried about her and wanting to protect her. Considering she went rogue once before, who could blame them? But it was frustrating to see her acting stuck up and treating them so badly after everything. But even in the beginning she was just so hard to relate to. She barely knew the guys but was willing to deny anything bad about them, but she didn't even know them yet. She claimed to not want to let biology control her, but then proceeded to do just that. I just felt like her personality was too split.
Let's be honest... the mmc's acted more like villians when they were courting Sloane - seeing her as nothing more than her designation and taking advantage of her being an omega. And I don't mean they acted morally grey. I mean they acted just as bad as the villians later on in the story.
Antonio's whole story didn't make sense. Sloan felt safe around him and he was the only one that she felt wanted to get to know her and not just sleep with her in the beginning... but then she strings him along for men that so far only use her for sex. She got him more involved with her mates which ended up leading to his underserved death considering he ends up innocent of everything they assumed he was involved in... wtf? So yeah... her mates were just as bad as every warned, even if they warned her about the wrong things.
Lastly, Morris - Sloan's father. He is probably one of the most ignorant characters I've ever read about. He is supposed to be a crime boss but it's entirely unbelievable. He never knew anything about the people closest to him. In the criminal world you have to be careful who you trust and know everything you can about.. everyone. The man didn't even know who his family really was - literally any of them. Hard to believe he survived as long as he did.
The ending was less than satisfying. Most of the people that hurt Sloan were dealt with off page and it just felt like we deserved more justice after everything. Yet the last half seemed to be more about leading up to the next book and harem then about a happy ending for Sloan and her mates.
The book was a bit boring at the beggining and didn't pick up until the guys reunited with Sloane. I really didn't like Hudson and Kai in this part, which was the major factor in my rating.
1. Hudson was way too annoying with his self centered, immature and bratty behavior.
2. I didn't like that Hudson and Kai made Brooks out to be a bad guy (when he made a decision for Sloane as the leader) and kept him away from Sloane during her heat. They were being hypocrites by making decisions for her and keeping her from Brooks ever after her heat. I'm also annoyed that one of two would potentially be the father of the Sloane's baby. I felt that they were selfish and hogged Sloane to themselves too much. Also, Kai and Hudson took up too most of the story.
3. Kai was honestly such a disappointing "boyfriend" for Simon. I hated how no one was on his side or even cared about his feelings/insecurities. The guys were more concerned about Sloane's feeling being hurt. I mean Simon did just die and he was the only beta so of course he'd be having mixed emotions. He couldn't feel what they all felt especially when all the alphas bonded with Sloane right away leaving Simon to be the only unbounded one. It was baffling how they all, even Sloane, told him to get over himself and move on.
4. Hudson suddenly becoming bi and hooking up with Kai was so random. Poor Simon, pretty much becomes non existent (especially to his "boyfriend" Kai) and the four of them constantly hooked up without him. He doesn't even get any action until the end and it was basically with Sloane. Kai only showed up to bite him into the pack in the epilogue. (I really don't understand why Kai waited so long to bond with Simon.) Kai and Simon continued to have a distant and tame relationship in this book. It's as if Kai and Simon have no attraction to each other at all. Not only did Kai hook up with Hudson more but they had more heat and spice between them than Kai and Simon. Simon was pretty much forgotten and ignored. Also, Kai only showed concerns and intimacy with Sloane. I still wonder why Kai and Simon were even a couple to begin with.
5. Overall, I'm quite dissapointed with this book. There were too many unbalanced scenes for each characters and a bit too much loose ends. I would've preferred more of Brooks and Simon than Hudson and Kai. I don't understand why the author didn't give Simon a quick recovery and have him included in the threesomes with Sloane and Kai instead of Hudson. It's like the author wanted to create a new couple between Kai and Hudson (or alpha pairing) and shoved Simon away. Poor beta gets no love.
I loved the first book! Second book started off great, but after around 60% I felt like I was reading a different book. I’m not sure how to explain it but kind of seemed like everyone got mean to each other?
Spoiler (maybe)***
I think it was sweet how worried they were about Simon in the hospital but so much so they didn’t even try to find Sloane? And then once he was out they were so rude to him about being insecure and only cared that he was hurting Sloane. And then what happened with Sloane? Yes I know pregnancy hormones were to blame for mood swings but yelling and threatening the guys, dumping oj on one of the guy’s lap during breakfast? Idk just didn’t love Sloane once she got kidnapped and I felt bad for Simon. Simon got bonded to them end of the epilogue so didn’t get to really enjoy that long enough either.
I appreciate setting up for more books and sounds like we’ll even get more books of Sloane and her guys later this year. Maybe I’ll read them and change my mind about Sloane!
Again, I loooved the first book and as a debut author this was really great! Just because I didn’t love the second half of book two doesn’t mean people shouldn’t give them a try!
The story continues directly from part one, and the writing remains smooth and easy to read, making it another engaging omegaverse installment. I stayed invested in the characters and their relationships throughout.
The dynamic evolves from MMFMM to MMMFM, which didn’t bother me at all. The main difference for me was the pacing, which felt noticeably slower compared to part one. It made this volume a bit less intense and less addictive, even though I still enjoyed the journey.
✔️ Well written and immersive ✔️ Strong chemistry and bonds ✔️ Solid continuation of the story
Overall, part two is a good sequel. Slightly less impactful than the first due to its slower pace, but still a very enjoyable read.
I enjoyed the conclusion to this duet. I’m excited to read more in the world that this author is creating. I’m definitely going to pick up and read everything else she puts out. Probably one of my new go-to erotica authors.
Side note - for the reviews that complain about all the sex in the book. I found this listed under erotica on kindle unlimited, so I’m not sure what everyone else was expecting? It’s clearly listed as an erotica novel and the description on Amazon for both books clearly states this as well. It’s not really fair to leave a negative review for that if it’s your fault you didn’t read the description, right?
This was the second book I the Perfect Little Omega duet. Overall the story was good, it held my interest, I liked the characters. But there were some I consistency some in character behaviors, some in the storyline, and some awkwardness in dialogue between characters. Writing a story and putting it out there is only for the brave, but like anything else, you only get better as you practice, the author obviously intending to write more, but there are no more books. I hope she comes back to writing and tries again. It feels like this series is not complete..
This is a duet , and it does need to be 2 books to make sure the story is told well, and this author has done a fantastic job of doing that! The story is well thought out, and the DLC is a good strong loyal omega! The CMS and her MIX men are so well matched they come together seamlessly! This needs to be read ladies, and I devoured both books in just under 2 days!
but still needs work. Certain phrases are being repeated throught the book. Some bit are wayyyyy too long ( texting, conversations while and just after the rescue mission) some too short- which makes it out of proportion. But we have MM here, gay/ straight for you, praise... i hope next one will be better and more balanced
Oh, how I love this pack. Every single one of them. I am sorry that their story is over and so happy that I will be able to follow their story with the next book in the series.
Well I am not a fan of that ending of this duology. It feels completed unfinished. The bad guys do not all get caught. I am hoping it continues in the next book which is a new series.
Spice was 🔥 if you don't like M/M, this books is not for you. I felt that they let the story drag on, and I didn't care for the ending. Didn't give any answers to anything that happened. Now you gotta read other Duauolgy to find out the answers that didn't get answers .... ugh
There’s supposed to be another 4 books. Perfect Little Mama Omegaverse Duet which is supposed to be out but I can’t find it. It’s about her pregnancy and the another 2 books about meriella and Sloans dads pack. Idk. But I’m going to keep looking
I loved the excitement of finding out how to get her back and how to work with her family. Definitely kept me engrossed in this series and couldn’t put it down until the end.
I also loved that it was a little open ended and left room for more in the end.
