This is book four and the final book in The Harlow series and it is Laila and Adrian’s story. Laila lives in Harlow but she was hoping for a better future only to end up with a broken heart and a single mom to her daughter Whitney and now she is trying to move forward and make a better life and future for her child and herself. Adrian’s career is a secret but his new mission is to protect the town of Harlow and it’s people from the dangerous syndicate leader. When Laila and Adrian meet they have a instant attention, chemistry and a unique connection but decisions will have to be made if they are to survive and keep each other safe while working together to make sure that the threat is taken care of so that they will have a chance of happiness and a chance of a future together and making sure that once again the town of Harlow is safe. The twists and turns keep coming in this page turning story of drama, suspense, action, great characters, true love and hope for a better future and Laila’s daughter Whitney was so cute and adorable and really stole the show and I have loved every single book in this series and I look forward to seeing what this author writes next.

Neighbors connect as Adrian moves in to help fight the syndicate that has set its sights on Harlow ever since one of "their" women escapes to this small town and finds her true love. This time, Laila, a single mother, is our tough heroine who has to learn to accept help for herself and her daughter. Whitney is an adorable scene-stealer! Adrian and Laila can't resist each other and feel at home together. There is plenty of drama and damage before most of the bad guys are revealed and captured.
I love Katerina Simms' writing. She uses just the right words to describe feelings and situations. She gives the bad with the good, never a sappy ending, but always a happy one.
My only difficulty with this book is that everything seems to be wrapped up a little too quickly with a character no one expected. But again, this is her gift--the unusual and unexpected done well.

This is the fourth story in the "Harlow" series. It has connected characters and commonalities with the first one but I think you can read it as a stand alone. You may get more out of this one if you read the previous three but it is not necessary. It is a small town romance set in Harlow, Minnesota. It is intriguing and emotional with a twist, a secret and the syndicate. The story is about Laila and Adrian. She is a single mother who is trying to move forward and make a better life. He is in town for a reason. There is a lot to this romantic suspense but it develops very nicely. I enjoyed the story and really like the characters.

Set in small town Harlow. Enjoyable series and this is book 4.
Leila is a single mother, who's hopes for a future did not turn out but is making the best of it. Aiden is a man on a mission, working to protect the town and residents from the dangerous syndicate that is moving in. Who is he working for? Drama and danger, suspense and action as the chemistry and relationship between this couple develops.
Well written, entertaining. Single mother, cute daughter, man with a secret..

This is Book 4, and the final book, in the Harlow Series. Can be read as a standalone.

The plot was intriguing and exciting and action packed. World building was well developed and solidly drawn. The characters drove the storyline and they were very appealing and complex and complicated and perfectly steamy together. All in all a great addition and ending to the series. Enjoyed immensely and highly recommend this series.
