Still, some notes.
Maybe I work at my ping pong table for deep work
“You don’t always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go, and see what happens.”
Three Productivity Tips 1: you are more productive when you take breaks 2: think about tomorrow today 3: focus on why you’re doing something

“Creativity is seeing what others see and thinking what no one else ever thought.” Albert Einstein

1. Create the right environment. Prework rituals can help prep for deep focus. Meaningful quotes and organizing your environment can help as well. 2. Schedule time for work. 3. Mindfulness. Instead of perceiving distractions as obstacles, you view them as passing phenomena, gently acknowledging their presence before returning to the task at hand. (I need to hone this skill) 4. Take breaks (exercise and mindfulness)

Another quote that follows the previous one is “Clarity about what matters provides clarity about what does not.”
For flow, engage in a challenging but not too difficult task
