The Beauty of the Male and Female He Created Them addresses the issue of transgenderism from a thoroughly biblical worldview with the intent of equipping Christians to combat this wicked and dangerous ideology. Rather than simply making the true assertion that easily observed biological facts refute transgenderism, The Beauty of the Binary explores from Scripture the reason why it is very good that God created man male and female. The book specifically examines the broad created differences between the sexes and how both men and women uniquely and beautifully reflect the image of God and the person and work of Christ. This book is written as a positive apologetic, not chiefly intended to point out the glaring contradictions of the transgender worldview, but rather to compare it with the beauty of God's created design, and to demonstrate that at every point the biblical view is superior to the position which seeks to erase the fingerprints of the Creator at every turn. It is written especially for parents seeking to fortify their children against the transgender craze currently dominating our culture, but ought to be a helpful tool for any Christian seeking to contend for the biblical worldview in the battle over sexuality.
Just the book I was looking for. I think it was Thomas Watson who coined the phrase “The Expulsive Power of a New Affection.” The idea of new affections killing old sinful affections. This book instead of defeating trans ideology it instead offers something better, the Bible’s view of gender. And all Griffo does is hold it up to the light and show us how good it is. How beautiful! What a great book. Full of truth and more importantly hope! Highly recommended
This is a well-written book, not only about the truth of the male/female distinctions but of the goodness, beauty, and glory of those distinctions as they are redeemed and restored in Jesus Christ for the glory of God. I can't recommend this book enough.
