SPOILERS? Pffffft. Hardly. Let me spare your eyes from reading this one....

There is NO way a human wrote this book.

Monica Roy=A.I.

This book is full of grammatical errors, wrong words and just a basic let down in general. Written like a bad research paper by an overcaffeinated college student at 4 A.M. that might miss their deadline because they forgot it was due in the morning by 8 A.M.

Full of history that I don't know if it's true or the formulations of ChatGPT.

I bought this book from a thrift store, so not a lot of $ went into it at least.

Also note: Last page states printed by Amazon....yeah that's not suspicious 🤔

Almost unreadable. Rife with grammar mistakes and inconsistencies. I wouldn’t mind the lack of proper citations and research so much (it is self-published after all) if the text made any sense. The grammar and structural errors are so bad that the text repeatedly contradicts itself. I would expect most high schoolers to write better than this. It’s very clear that most of the reviews on the kindle store have been paid for.

Beautiful delve into the Celtic world

I loved this book! Its primary focus was understanding the Celtic culture which provided depth to the lore, legends, and mythologies. The only problem was wrong words were used here and there which made me have to reread to make sure I understood what she wrote. She also sometimes used AD or CE. I simply like consistency so sticking to one would have been best in my opinion.

Good and interesting info and very well summarized in a rather short book. Could have been a four star if it wasn’t for a number of grammatical errors that jump out, also some editing errors like dup paragraphs. Otherwise I learned a good deal, provided the info is accurate. Being this one my first book on Celtic culture, I’ve nothing else to compare it to yet.

While I was able to get through the whole book, there were many grammatical errors and full on contradictions. The book also went from a relatively neutral, informative view to a very opinionated view in the last few pages.
