Rate this book
A collection of heartbreaking yet tear-jerkingly funny tales of a behaviour support manager at a secondary school, working his way from the bottom of the rung to middle leadership, and back again.

As you could probably believe, being a behaviour manager at a school comes with many lows; and even more lows. Every day is a battle, and every day makes you think less of yourself and your own abilities. This book tells the hilarious to the ridiculous stories of some of the most challenging teenagers and their trivial matters in schools, but also shares some of the more intimate and personal moments of a difficult journey through adult life, managing with careers, relationships, and the feeling of drowning one's sorrows on a daily basis.

Randall Skinner is just one man in a sea of unappreciated support staff at schools across the country. Some of these stories seem unbelievable, but unfortunately, are all too believable.

Believe it or not, this book is heartwarming, funny, and will leave you wanting more.

"A real page-turner" - A.K.
