Standing over six feet tall, USA Today bestselling author Jonathan Moeller has the piercing blue eyes of a Conan of Cimmeria, the bronze-colored hair of a Visigothic warrior-king, and the stern visage of a captain of men, none of which are useful in his career as a computer repairman, alas.

He has written the DEMONSOULED series of sword-and-sorcery novels, and continues to write THE GHOSTS sequence about assassin and spy Caina Amalas, the COMPUTER BEGINNER'S GUIDE series of computer books, and numerous other works. His books have sold over one million copies worldwide.

Moeller continues doing the things he knows best to do with excellent world building and story telling. As Gareth continues heading north in the search of the Dragonskull not knowing if he will see the end of his quest or it will be the death of him and his friends. Not only that with the finally discovering the last of the waystones something very unexpected happened. Something that none them could fathom two that should have been dead centuries before are alive. One becomes a powerful ally and yet the other a powerful enemy. How powerful they aren't sure yet. But one of their greatest enemies might just fall in a way you wouldn't expect. So far the story has been great and I'm looking forward to the next one as they get closer to their goal.

New alliances are made. Gareth finally meets his dreams and nightmares in reality and the Warlock makes his biggest mistake.
Will Azalmora submit to her superior? It is the answer for the next books I assume.
Really good read.

Can not wait for the "Doom of the sorceress" to come out!

Book 7

Book 7 was a fun read and had a few errors. The plot and characters have developed well. There are a few fun twists in this book. They are a bit predictable, but exciting nonetheless. The characters are growing and learning while on this quest and have a ways to go before they are able to go home. The book is left on a partial cliffhanger, but not enough to leave the reader mad. I look forward to the next book.

Wrath of the Warlock

Garth and his band of friends have traveled far to the final resting place of the dragon skull and the final waystone. Garth touches the final way stone and brings Niara back to the realm of the living where she was suspended with the urdomur. As they get closer to finding the dragon skull they are in a race to beat the remaining villains who are trying to get their first. It will be interesting to see what happens next

I don’t normally give 4 stars to this kind of book - it’s designed to be a 3 star book in my rating, enjoyable but somewhat predictable and not much depth. But something long foreshadowed for the next book happened here at the right time and everything came together naturally and with some surprises, and the characters are no longer naive and annoying, like they are finally growing up!

This story keeps getting better. Gareth has lost his previously annoying ways and is very similar to Ridmark. Love the growth of some of the characters and the interactions between everyone.
