I’ve worked my way through several daily readers, and this one stands out amongst the best. Great nuggets of inspiration, perfect for my journaling practice, thoughtful but not trite. Really well put together, positive without being syrupy. If there was a sequel I’d buy it in an instant. Needless to say - this one is highly recommended.
Side note: am I the only one who wishes daily readers used numbers instead of dates? Invariably there are skipped days (my morning routine skips the weekends), holidays, etc, but I still read in order. I started this book in April last year and finished in November this year, with a consistent practice. I wonder how many folks are like me vs truly read Jan 1 - Dec 31, each and every day.
HIGHLIGHTS: 1. My body is my home. 2. Feel the moment you are in. Don’t push into the next hour. 3. Baby steps to build momentum to go big. 4. Steps will reveal themselves when you’re clear where you are headed.
