This book falls into the trap of what most NLP books fall into. Lots of theory, little practice. It took me almost 2 months to finish it. Too much jargon, and talks more about NLP than it does about weight management. To be fair there are some parts where the author explained some of the NLP information in a useful way, but is just around 10% of the book. So if you want to use in NLP for weight management this book is not the one.
