This book is a humorous and charmingly illustrated guide showing cats how to achieve prosperity and harmony through the principles of Feng Shui, considering important issues such as the site of one's food bowl and the most auspicious spot for sleeping.
Quite a bit of fun, this little book! It takes the type of phrases you might expect to see in a less tongue in cheek book on Feng Shui and adds illustrations that are *exactly* how you'd imagine a cat would interpret them. The black and white illustrations use enough artistic licence to be funny but aren't so anthropomorphic as to be creepy - something that really turns me off this kind of book. Plus, for all that Feng Shui for Cats is nearly twenty years old and there are doubtless newer takes on the idea, it doesn't feel dated at all. I did some very unladylike snorting with laughter!
As a cat owner myself I loved it! Cute and funny, actually has some useful stuff too! Read it in a few minutes but it will stay on my shelf for when I need a laugh.
