Cupid’s arrow doesn’t always hit its mark…does it?

Rose didn’t intend to impersonate a matchmaker. But a case of mistaken identity—and a lucrative job offer—changed everything. Now that her professional life is on track, she can work on convincing her ex that they belong together…and on avoiding the attraction she’s started to feel for her new boss.

Craig didn’t mean to develop feelings for his new employee. But not loving Rose seems impossible. After all, she’s a PR darling and the hardest worker he’s ever had. It’s just his luck that she’s entirely off limits…and that she’s hung up on an ex who isn’t nearly good enough for her.

Coming clean might ruin her career and her future with Craig. But can a happily ever after be built on a foundation of lies? Rose is about to find out.

Rose is at a crossroads. After losing her job and her boyfriend, she is home on Orcas Island and is struggling on what to do with her life. She loves being on the island with her family, but the jobs she is qualified for are all in the big cities. When Rose finally gets an interview, she is excited that her life might just get back on track. What she does not count on is a mix up when she arrives at the interview, a case of mistaken identity and a job offer she just can not say no to. Things get much more complicated when she starts having feelings for her new boss and knows she has to come clean that she is not the person he believes she is. Can Rose risk it all for love or will she lose out on her chance at happiness?

Amelia Addler brings the conclusion to the Orcas Island series to a close with this amazing tale of Rose and Craig. I loved Rose’s character, a shy, not so confident woman starting a new chapter in her life. It was so fun to watch her come out of her shell and realize just how special she really is. Team her with Craig, a man not knowing what his future holds and is looking for his next adventure. Together they were funny, sweet and endearing. I loved each of the sisters’ stories in the series and I can not wait to see what Ms. Addler comes out with next. My sincere thanks to Amelia Addler for the advanced readers copy which I read and reviewed voluntarily. If you are looking for a heart warming series with some fun twists, curl up with the gals on Orcas island.

Sunset Serenade is a story of encouragement. Rose had no confidence in herself due to her previous boss over working her and talking down to her until he fired her. When she goes to an interview her life changes for the better. She is mistaken for a famous PhD that has recently written a book on matchmaking. When Craig sees her on tv he makes every offer he can to get her to come to work at his company. He is still under the impression that Rose is the PhD but her hard work had successfully matched several couples . People was lining up to be matched and their company stocks were skyrocketing. Craig and Barney want to sell the company as they were app developers, not big company owners. Rose loved working for Craig and thinks she has fallen for him. If he finds out that Rose had been lying, will the company stock fall and Craig hate her for it?

What a fantastic tale this is. Rose had low self-esteem, but things began to improve when she was mistaken for someone else and was hired as a matchmaker—a position for which she had not applied. I'm obsessed with these books. Both the first  series and this series by Amelia Addler were fantastic. The news that there being a third series made me happy, even if I was sad to think The Islands was coming to an end. I am eagerly awaiting the next one to read.

Sunset Serenade is an amazing, clean, heartwarming romance. I loved watching Rose gain some confidence. Craig is not sure what he wants to do once he sells his company. This well written book captured my interest from the beginning and I could not put it down. The entire series is about making the most of yourself, family and love. For any reader of clean romance!

Rose went for a job interview but ended up in the wrong interview that was televised and shortly after she received a job offer as a matchmaker. She accepted and had never been so happy in a job before and found she had a talent for matching people. Craig is her gorgeous boss and she doesn't realise but he also has feelings for her as well......

This is my voluntary review of a copy I received from the author.

The main characters were relatable and likable. The plot was fantastic and fun.
The characters both lack self confidence so there were a few emotional moments, but the story ends on a hopeful note.

A mistaken identity leads to love

A little bit of a fairytale where no matter how badly you have messed so, love conquers all. Still a very enjoyable story.
