The Incredible Animal Afterlife: What Your Pet Wants You to Know

Rate this book
From renowned Animal Communicator Danielle MacKinnon comes a rare glimpse into how animals experience the dying process and the afterlife - from the animal's point of view.

Based on 20 years of intuitive readings, Danielle dispels the commonly held beliefs that keep people stuck in grief and guilt by sharing what the animals have psychically communicated with her about their death.

Unlike other books on animal death, The Incredible Animal Afterlife doesn't retell stories of animals passing. Instead, it offers an in-depth and easy-to-understand account of what the animals have shared with Danielle in thousands of animal communication readings.

In her accessible and compassionate way, Danielle delivers the messages your pet wants you to they're not mad at you or lost forever. They're still present, sending you signs, and hoping to connect with you.

In The Incredible Animal What Your Pet Wants You To Know, Danielle will share what the animals have communicated to her through thousands of psychic readings,

How your beloved friend experiences the dying process and how the afterlife really works (you'll be pleasantly surprised)

Whether your pet is ready to cross over and how to identify the signs.

The spiritual experience your animal's soul goes through as they cross over.

How your pet views your part in their death and what they want you to know.

The signs your pet is sending you from the afterlife, and how to continue actively nurturing a deep relationship with them.

As she writes, "I've seen that gaining a spiritual understanding of the animal death and dying process can assist with a lot of the loneliness, pain, and hurt. This understanding won't magically heal all grief. Still, it will soften the edges and provide a roadmap for connecting with your beloved pet again."

Whether you are heartbroken from a recent loss of a pet or are still heartbroken from the loss of a pet years ago, this book will help your heart and head move toward healing, or at least move toward a beginning of understanding of how to begin. Danielle MacKinnon's approachable, non-judgmental writing style is easy to read. There are many questions I've been asking myself for years that are addressed in this book. Her book Animal Lessons is amazing as well, but, especially if you are deep in your grief, exhausted, distracted, and having a hard time absorbing anything, this book and its chapters are just the right length to digest. The concepts are presented in an elegantly simple, hopeful, friendly, and compassionate way. There is no cure-all for grieving, and I still cried my way through the book, but I am so grateful to Danielle for sharing her energy and knowledge and I know this book will find anyone exactly when they need it most.

waste of time

Danielle spent a large amount of time pushing her other book, website, and YouTube channel. I hoped this book would offer me some reprieve in my grief, it did not. It felt very commercialized and now I’m doubting everything I want to believe in. I want to know my fur baby is in Heaven. I would have liked to read about true incidents from clients. I got almost 80 pages of rambling. I don’t expect this to be published. I just desperately wanted to believe.

Succinct but rich in wisdom

MacKinnon's work provides insight and comfort to those who have lost a significant 4-legged other from their life.A tangible hope is provided that reveals life as changed not ended. A great comfort and insightful this text goes far in providing the balance needed to take the next step into a much larger world-reality.

Don’t judge me lol, brief little book with some mindset shifts for after an animal has passed. Very brief, mentioned her other book a lot. I wish she had gone into more detail and depth with more examples in THIS book, as opposed to repeatedly referencing a different book. Just made me feel like I’m reading the wrong book.

Excellent Knowledgeable Understanding

I really enjoyed the answers Danielle gathered from all her years of Animal Communications. Her insights from the animals and her own interpretations were comforting and helped personally and professionally. Brillant work!

Short book but simple, clear, precise. Pocket guide really. I'm a very vivid reincarnation reader, nothing was new but great for all who are new and grieving and are open to concept of animals, their PETS, do have a very SPECIAL purpose and misson on this planet.

very comforting and clarifying

I’m glad I stumbled upon this book the day after my dog passed. Now, I know it was no quid incident. I I have a hunch she guided me to this. Thank you for sharing your insights.

I devoured this book as it helped me understand my grieving for the loss of my soul dog, Winston, almost two years ago. I didn’t necessarily align with all of the author’s ideas; however, many of them really hit home for me.

Not what I expected

After losing my cat I was hoping this book would bring some comfort and understanding, it didn't. I did not find it worth my time or money.

A nice to read about what animals think when they pass. A bit too much of promotions on the author's other materials.

I found this very comforting while I’m grieving. Not sure if it’s all real, but I still found it interesting to think about.
