A terrific read. It's been a rollercoaster of emotions reading Ben's three books. To see Ben's new found optimism regarding his future is infectious. His passion for increased mental health awareness is to be commended and he should be highly proud of not only what he has achieved with regards to his charity, You Tube and books but also of his personal progress.
