This book is called The Gap because it fills in where other books leave off and begin again. It is about awareness. It covers subjects adolescents, teenagers and young adults should know about current times, topics from sex and human trafficking, to dating, to internet and addiction. This information is about being able to make good, informed choices. It also covers some bases on good parenting. Most children will be parents someday, and hopefully this book will help identify, heal and shift family dysfunction in future generations.
I wish that I had been given a book like this when I was younger and learning about life. Even as an adult, there are things in this book that even I didn’t know. I got this book for my teenage daughter and I highly recommend it! This author tells it like it is. This book is well written about the real world. It’s a book about setting boundaries and making good choices. As well as a whole bunch of other Useful stuff!
