Being soul-bonded to a koala is all naps and eucalyptus leaves until a dog is chasing you.
But if the dog is cute, being caught isn’t so bad. Especially when he and his friends just so happen to be my soulmates.
Owen, my loyal charmer; Ethan, my gentle giant; And Liam, my shy childhood best friend.
A relationship between a koala, a dog, a hedgehog, and a moose may seem like a bad joke, but we’re determined to make it work.
When the place I grew up in starts to struggle financially, will I be able to count on the guys to help me find a solution before the children who live there lose their only home?
Sleepy as a Koala is a standalone paranormal romance where the FMC doesn't have to choose between love interests. It contains strong language and sexual situations that might not be suited for anyone under the age of 18. Despite being part of a shared world, Sleepy as a Koala can be read independently of any of the other books.

A scientist at heart, T.S. Snow lives in a land far far away, secluded from most authors and readers (rumor has it that if you open your wardrobe you can find her hiding in there trying to take a nap). T.S. has a thirst for learning new languages, even if she is mostly worried about finding out new curse words in them. She has an amazing support system that include a loving boyfriend, her family, friends and her loyal - if completely lazy - dog. When she's not writing, T.S. can often be found causing complete chaos with her friends on social media, inhaling unhealthy amounts of coffee, or napping. Mostly napping.
4.4 stars. This was cute as hell. I really love how miss koala meets her hedgehog mate. So freaking Cute!
Then her other mates… A doggo, and a moose! So cool! And I absolutely adore how their animals interact. It was so fun to see.
I don’t think very much happened in the book…but the relationship were all so sweet..plus the animal interactions really hooked me, so I wasn’t too concerned with that.
I also really liked the little subplot with the orphanage. Seeing them come together to save that place was so heartwarming.
I’m really glad I read this book and I will for sure be looking into reading more from this author..
While it was not my favorite, it was still quite good. I enjoyed following Addie and the guys. Especially as she was reconnecting with Liam and I’m all for second chances in romance.
However, I don’t feel like I connected with the characters and got to really know them. A lot was mentioned but just enough to leave me wanting more and not get it. I still have many questions but I don’t think I’ll have an answer unfortunately.
So a bit disappointed on that front but overall ok with the delivery.
Loved this - it had some sad moments but they weren’t throw your kindle sad - just sometimes life is sad but meh!! Such a funny and fast paced read - it’s a total TS Snow book.
I love this author, but I stopped reading this book halfway and just couldn’t get back into it. Nothing particularly wrong with the story I just couldn’t connect with the love interests
As soon as I saw the title of this book I was done for. For a trope that is so often riddled with bears, wolves and other predatory animals I am a sucker for anything out of the norm and this book truly fits the bill. The heroine Addie is the koala and damn if she is not adorable and lovable in both her forms. Her goals in life are sleeping and eating but somehow life just won't let her be and she often has to do that pesky little thing like work. After being basically thrown away after gaining her koala abilities as a child Addie leads a solitary life until she finds herself being chased through the park by a hound. Little does she know this hound wasn't just hunting a prey animal, he was hunting his mate. With a blast from the past and some very interesting heroes (one who is an adorable hedgehog) the heroine's normally calm and quiet life turns upside down. Really loved this book.
Another incredible story set in the Society of Shifters shared world! This story was very soft and fluffy. And absolutely hilarious!! Just as incredible as all of the authors other works!
The great thing about all of the books in this series (though each done by a different author) is the unusual shifters in them. Rather than your typical wolf, dragon, bear shifters, you see cheetahs, penguins, hedgehogs, koalas, moose... and this one by T.S. Snow is heartwarming and adorable.
Addie spent eight years at the Haven, a place where children who were essentially abandoned by their families for whatever reason could go to safely grow up and be themselves. Addie was born in a pride of lions, so when she was revealed to be a koala (a prey animal), her mom and aunts sent her away. It's here she also meets a boy named Liam, soul-bonded to a hedgehog. Within a few months, he was sent away to live with his grandparents, and they never heard from each other again.
Years later, on her way to work, Addie is literally chased down by a dog and is forced to climb a tree to escape. It's this incident that led to her eventually meeting her mates. (I don't want to give too much detail. You'll have to read the book!)
I feel that if I were a shifter, I could definitely identify as a koala after reading this book! She loves sleep, she's not very active, likes to just chill and relax... it really sounds like living the life!
If you're looking for a sweet romance that has no drama or agnst, this is perfect!
Let everyone join the party Addie just wants to live her cosy koala life until she meets her soulmate. Then another. Then another. Owen (dog) meets her first and while they don't exactly get off on the right foot, she agrees to go on a date with him. Ethan (moose) meets her next. Liam (hedgehog) was her childhood crush who she lost touch with is last. I feel like Liam got forgotten for a lot of this book. I wish there was more of a balance between everyone All the "I love you"s came really quickly even for fated mates. It wasn't a well developed story and it fell flat but it was what I needed in the moment.

This book is part of the society of shifters series, an omegaverse by some amazing authors. In this world, every person receives a soul bonded animal they shift into at age 10. Some are predators while others are prey. They have their corrupt, their assassins, there waitresses and bar tenders. Each book follows a different set of mates.
This book follows Addie, a koala, who was forced out of her family pride because she was a prey animal. So she goes to Haven, a home for children who cannot stay with their family after their reveal. Through a series of mishaps, Addie finds her mates. But with the money running out for Haven, will they be able to save her home in time?
This is the sweetest and most refreshing RH I have read in a while! The characters are so relatable and well developed and the story line was captivating! The progression also flowed well, their relationship develops fast, but it develops naturally and nothing feels forced. The scenes with the sound bonded animals was hilarious and reactions read as realistic! I especially loved the scenes where it gave you insight into their animals when they were kids and while they developed and matured! Addies Koala will forever be my favorite!! Have a newfound love for the adorable marsupial!
Sleepy as a Koala by T.S. Snow is part of a shared series called Society of Shifters. In this one, we meet Audrey, a Koala shifter, who works at a diner, just getting through life. As she is walking to work one day, a coonhound starts chasing her. Turns out - they are mates. Cute, fun story. I loved meeting Liam, Ethan, and Owen. These guys are all cool shifters! Not the typical wolf or bear. Loved it. If you haven't read the others in this shared world - do it. They've all been great. But Koala Addie is def my favorite.
I won an arc of this book and I'm so happy I made the choice to immediately read that arc! This was a light-hearted and fun read with a variety of unusual shifters as they navigate mate bonds and intertwining their lives. I adored the Addie and Liam childhood moments and desperately need some fanart of those!! Don't think this was all cutesy moments though, there's definitely enough spice to keep you happy without it overpowering this standalone.
This is a cute, light, quick read with unusual shifters (a moose, a coonhound, a hedgehog, and a koala). Other than the fated mate romance, there isn’t a whole lot to it. There are a couple secondary plot points, but they are very minor and easily solved almost overnight. The spicy times are good, especially the dirty talk, but almost all one-on-one and with only one real scene per guy. A nice palate cleanser but nothing to set it apart.
I've never read this author's work before, but I will definitely be looking for more! This was such a sweet, sweet story. It follows Ellie, her three soulmates, and how they met and fell in love. It was so sweet that, for me, the spicy scenes were almost jarring. This was a feel-good read, I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone, especially readers who don't enjoy darker RH themes.
This shifter book is unique in the way the author describes the relationship between the animal and their bonded human. the author is able to really show what the main characters are thinking with ease and incredible clarity. The story is immersive and I couldn’t put it down until it was finished! The sex scenes were steamy! I had to google koala sounds halfway through since the book made me so curious. I hope the author makes more in this series!
DNF at 75%. I was interested in the atypical shifters, and there were some early laughs, but this book isn’t deep Boring with a capital B.
There’s zero chemistry. There’s no plot. There’s very little character development.
How can there be nothing, you ask? Aren’t there words?
Why yes. The words are used for a) talking about being soulmates; b) continually asking everyone if they’re alright with the pace of the relationship; c) asking repeatedly for consent.
Can’t get enough of Addie and her men. If you’re looking for a sweet, feel good, insta love with tons of sizzle, guys that could make you swoon, LOL and chuckle worthy moment—look no further!! This book was so hard to put down. The story, while it moved fast, drew you in with the sweet moments and the comedic moments. Highly recommend.
I've read some other books by this author and enjoyed them. This one didn't pull me in as well. The characters voices weren't unique enough for me to find them realistic, they were a bit too much carboard for me.
I'm not sure whether I'll try any more books by this author. Again, I liked a couple I read earlier.
This is a stand alone in the myth author shared word series. Society of Shifters. I really enjoyed thus story and loved the unique combination of shifters. I loved the relationship between Addie and her men especially the backstory with her and Liam. I enjoyed this great feel goid story
Loved the story, laughed throughout it. Bit of heat in there. Fantastic storyline and characters. Entertaining and a wonderful read. T.S Snow has again written a enjoyable, and well written book.
This was a delightful read full of unusual shifters, and light hearted romance. I am a long time fan of T.S. Snow, so I had high hopes for this story. I enjoyed it and hope to see more like it from this author.
This was really a cute story,Addie didn't want to be sent away but the pride wouldn't let her stay since she wasn't a lion. Now that she is grown up Addie still visits the Haven. You have to read this book,it is full of love and happiness.
5 stars because I would happily read this sweet book again. Loved TS Snow books in the past, so I was happy to see this recommendation pop up. Totally sweet, very funny at times, and no drama.
This was the absolute cutest book ever! The interactions between the animals was the most adorable thing I have ever read! Then to balance it out, the sexy times were smoking hot! Probably my favorite of the series.
Oh this was such a sweet read. No drama, just a sweet koala meeting her loving mate. I adored this read and loved all the animal interactions. I would’ve like more info on her family but we get the jist of why what happened, happened
That’s how I’d characterise this book. Cute seeing different animals. No action scenes at all in this book. Just a stand alone that introduced new shifters from the norm, which was a breath of fresh air.
I LOVE any shifter stories that are out of the norm, without any wolves or other predatory shifters. So this twist with hedgehog and koalas ITS SO CUTEEEE!! This was all fluff with no real kinda plot, but tots cute.
