A fresh look at human giftedness. Hendricks poses a question, what if you can work 40-50% more effective, given you do what you are good at in your job? With that, he dismisses psychological testing as belittling and promotes the idea of Motivated Abilities Patterns. Anyone who is interested in self-development or development of others would benefit from reading this book.

Operating in giftedness instead of being forced to be or act like someone I'm not...? GENIOUS. LIBERATING. Reading this made me a better me.

This book does a great job of shining a light on talents with a broader lens than the typical conversation about talents. Becoming who you are is certainly enabled by knowing yourself better, but this book also helps you realize how to then be more comfortable in your own skin once you recognize your talents.
