Ah I loved reading about these characters again but now with Sterling and Jaiden as main characters.

This book was so fun, I loved to get to know these characters more. I loved the bickering between the characters. This book made me laugh and made me fall more in love with all of the characters. They are like one big family, who will help each other when needed.

I enjoyed every page of this book and can't wait to read about the next tow characters😆 So if you are looking for your next read definitely check out this hockey romance. It has some amazing tropes like enemies to lovers (but make it extreme), fake dating, forced proximity and hate to love you.

Last but not least I want to thank the author for providing me with an earc.

The vibe for all of these books is crazy chemistry with the FMC and MC and a chosen family with this friend group. It's never a dull moment with this group. Honestly, I am always down for a chosen family in any book. It just gets me the comfort vibes and this book has no expectations. It always builds on more with other characters and what the possibilities will be for future books. So sign me up every time.


I love Sterling and Jaiden, their relationship is a complicated road to follow but it's worth the ride. They both had a lot of things to sort through with each other. Both of them with their hang-ups and the biggest question asked throughout is, is their chemistry enough to get past their hang-ups?

I adored every minute of this story, I was so excited to go on this journey with Sterling and Jaiden and it was so worth it.

Review: This was advertised as a stand alone but I HIGHLY recommend reading the first book before this one. In the beginning I was slightly confused with the dynamic between Sterling and Jaiden but as time went on I was able to fill in the blanks. This is a very fast read, I read it in a day. It gives you some of the best tropes, friends to enemies to lovers, hockey romance, praise kink. I really loved the dissection of both Jaiden and Sterlings personal lives and why they acted the way they did. I enjoy that this was a found family, everyone looked out for everyone. It’s a good romance read especially if you’re looking for something quick with a lot of spice. 🌶️

Y’all, this book has me in an absolute chokehold and I don’t want it to ever let me go.

Book Two in the PuckHead series focuses on Jaiden and Sterling and their extremely complicated relationship. We pick up where we leave off in Goal Suck, with our couple in question in a tricky spot after their entanglement comes to a messy end. Determined to help their friends admit their true feelings, Dakota schemes to bring them together. Vacationing at Sterling’s family’s beach house for the summer where Wyatt and Dakota will host their small wedding, the forced proximity is sure to result in something fun.

To make it even more interesting and make the stakes higher, Sterling enlists the help of Damian — one of Jaiden’s best friends — to make Jaiden jealous in the hopes it will make him admit his feelings. While it works to an extent, with Jaiden becoming increasingly more annoyed while his jealousy flares, there’s many obstacles in his personal life that he needs to work through. Love can overcome most things, but what if it’s more complicated than everyone thinks?

This book is everything. It made me sob like a baby many times — because Gabrielle is unable to write anything without putting her entire heart and soul into every page — and I fell in love with the characters all over again. It’s such a beautiful story of love, friendship and family and I can’t wait for everyone to read it.

I really enjoyed this one! I haven't read Goal Suck, so I went into this one completely blind of the dynamic, but I ended up absolutely loving it. Such a fun read! And the perfect hockey romance to be my first.

The best thing about this was definitely the chemistry between Sterling and Jaiden. It jumped off the page. Seriously, I could feel it. These two had some serious sexual tension and angst. And because of that, I was rooting for their romance the entire time. I knew that their eventual partnership wouldn't disappoint, and I was right, it didn't.

I also really loved the found family aspects. Jaiden's group of hockey bros are So Much Fun. I loved the way they felt like a family, especially because this is a series where we get a new hockey bro in each book. I can't wait to see what happens between Damian and Lani, and eventually, what happens with Roman.

I'd really recommend this one! I wholeheartedly enjoyed reading it, and I can't wait to read the rest of the series.

I rated this book a 3.75 stars as it wasn’t 3.5, but also wasn’t a 4 stars for me!

I did enjoy this book, but it just took me a bit to get into as the characters were a little toxic to each other. But that went in hand with the miscommunication/lack of communication that the characters were having. I did really love our fmc however! I loved seeing Sterling work through some of her stuff and what a great friend she was.

The friendships in this book are honestly 10/10. They were my favorite thing about this book and I really cannot wait to see them more in the rest of the series!

My main thing with this book is that I wish the characters had a more serious talk, or maybe even couples therapy to help them communicate their feelings.

I would recommend this book if any of the tropes sound up your alley, and if you love a wonderful found family dynamic!

I did receive this book as an arc, but my reviews and feeling will always remain honest despite being gifted the book!

This is miscommunication at its best LOL. Sterling and Jaiden have so much work to do in the communication department, and I think the growth through the story was well done. It was spicy, I liked the praise kink that is hinted at. I wish I had been explored more. The found family is really fun. That's what I feel I missed out on the most, with not reading the first book.

Sitting here sad because I will never get to read this book for the first time again.

If I thought I loved this new found-family before, then they are tucked so close to my heart forever now. This wasn't the book I expected, but (I feel) we absolutely deserved. The way the flow of the story was wildly humorous, had me on the edge of my seat, and was full of pushing the characters further along, I was so impressed. Gabbie was able to pull off the fake dating trope in a way that was fun and left so much room for us readers to fall in love with both Jaiden and Damian, and planted little seeds for more books to come!! This book was so fucking fun and Sterling shall live in my head rent-free for as long as she wants.

This will be the book I'll be recommending to others for a few months!

This is the second book in the Puckheads series. I read book 1 and was very excited to get book 2! If you love steamy hockey romances, definitely check out this series - it’s so good!!!!

Sterling is a sports photographer and she lands a gig working with the Boston Yellow Jackets. Unfortunately Jaiden plays for the team and his best friend and Sterling’s best friend are engaged so she can’t get away from him. And after they hooked up previously and he wouldn’t commit, she’s mad as hell. But she also can’t deny her attraction.

I loved how sassy and mischievous Sterling was! She was the perfect combo of funny and fierce. And the found family of the teammates is awesome!

The crew has returned and it is Jaiden and Sterlings turn. And boy do they want to make you shake some sense into them. When a summer “family” vacation and wedding planning trip turns into a setup/scheme… it’s only a matter of time.
The possessiveness and aching soul of Jaiden and humor was why I loved him so much. My tortured soul. My fiery, powerful Sterling babe ugh. These two were comical and heartbreaking and soul wrenching power. Dirty Dangles is the second one for the series and should be read in order. I’m anxious to see the next installment of the crew.
Also there are some Easter eggs in there. You just have to spot them!

Jaiden VS Sterling!

What a ride!
I was so happy to be back reading the PuckHeads Series DD can be read as a stand alone but I highly recommend you read Goal Suck, to get to full know the characters.

I normally strongly dislike the miscommunication trope (which DD has) but I really enjoyed it.
It wasn't overly done, which I find is the case with most books with miscommunication.

I love the growth both MC did through out, not only as a couple but as individuals.

The found family was PERFECTION!

I really wanted more from the fake dating.

I really have enjoyed this read! A really nice binge read! There is definitely sexual tension and some spicy spicy parts! I really love the friend group aspect of protecting each other and knowing everybody’s business haha

I will for sure be running to read the first book because I absolutely need more Sterling and Jaiden!

Honestly, Gabbie could write a grocery list and I would read it with a smile on my face.

This second book in the PuckHead series was delicious! If you want SPICY HOCKEY - Gabbie delivers! Where the first book was sweet and swoony, Dirty Dangles is all about the "good girl" and "you wish you were mine" vibes. I. Am. Here. For. It. All.

If you're looking for a great cast of characters, the found family aspect, and all the glory that hockey romance has to offer, do yourself a favor and READ THIS BOOK.

First off I wanted to take the author for an ARC of Dirty Dangles.

This is book 2 in the puckheads series and after the first one there was big hype (at least for me) around Jaiden and Sterling and i loved every second of it.

This was a whirlwind summer of hate and love. When Jaiden dropped Sterling like she was last weeks news she decided there was no more nice girl.

If you love friends to enemies to lovers, forced proximity, faked dating, she’s mine and no one else’s, and found family then you will LOVE this book. 😈

I really liked this one

Since the first book, I was DYING to read this couple, especially since their scene in the first book epilogue. But some parts were so slow and unnecessary (that's why 3.5 and not more). I would like to see more from Damian and Silver (their faking was so bad 😂) so the plot was more fun and laughable (I love Lani and Damian but for the plot, I want to see a little more).

I can't wait to read Damian and Lani's story (I love the trope what happens in Vegas doesn't stay in Vegas)

In this book we follow Jaiden and Sterling just after Dakota locked them in the pantry. I really wanted to learn more about this two and it was a good read. They both had trust issues and learn not so easily to trust each other and be with each others.

I did enjoy this book but not as much as the first one, it wasn't that I didn't like the characters it was because of the sex scenes, they were a lot of them. So if you're part of the smutclub go for it but I definitely skipped some of the smut scenes.

I really liked the setting of the book and I can't wait to read more from this series !

I absolutely loved being back with these characters.
I’ve been waiting patiently for Sterling and Jaidens book.

I fell hard and fast for these two as side characters, but they took my entire heart in their hands. The emotional rollercoaster they took me on was next level. I laughed, I cried, and I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.

They’re HEA was absolutely beautiful, and so well deserved. I cannot wait to see where Gabrielle Delacourt takes us next.

This series keeps getting better. Absolutely love the way it's written. The spice is upped in this novel.
Loved the storyline. Again I love the characters.

But the thing I love the most is that it feels real. It's characters with real life issues, they aren't sure of themselves. They have doubt niggling at them and I can relate to that. Sterling thinks she's not good enough...we all can relate.

For me it's a perfect series

I was so excited to get the ARC for Dirty Dangles after falling in love with the Puck Heads crew in Goal Suck! Sterling and Jaiden have such crazy good chemistry, I could not put this one down. This book made me feel some very big feels in seeing Sterling and Jaiden deal with some of their darker things from their respective pasts. This friend group/found family is so beautiful and caring.

If you enjoyed Goal suck, wait until you read this. Dirty Dangles takes everything up a notch. The author continues to grow as a writer. This story takes us on another wild trip with characters that feel like home. The smut in this is *chefs kiss* I want to give more teasers; I want to give quotes, but I fear I would give the ones that would have spoilers. Both characters had to go through a lot of emotional situations and growth, but when they were finally able to open up it was beautiful. Keep your eyes out for this one, it's coming out in March!!

Jaiden and Sterling… these two. They put you through the emotional wringer in this book. They are fun, playful, and naughty but also have emotional trauma and insecurities to work through. They loved each other so much from the beginning but they weren’t comfortable in it until the trust was built between them. Gabbie really weaved their relationship together in such a way that was so real and raw, it was beautiful.

I feel like for the first time in a long time, I’m truly living. Like my heart is alive for the first time in years. It’s scary as *fudge, but for some reason, I don’t mind being scared. -Jaiden


Now that’s not to mention the sheer amount of chemistry between these two 🥵 this book was hot 😏 we get several ✨good girl✨ moments.
