This book tied together a few of my interests. First history. It was great reading about how Michigan Stadium came about along with details about those great Wolverine teams of the Roaring 20's. Second my love for Michigan sports, in particular Michigan football. Third my fascination with architecture. Fielding Yost was a genius and The University of Michigan owes him much gratitude for what he accomplished for Meeechigan!!! The Big House the largest and most historic of all football stadiums. Go Blue!!

Relies a little too heavily on newspaper quotes, but overall a good historical record of Michigan football in the 1920s. I enjoyed it!

Given to me by my mother, who knows I sorely miss Ann Arbor.
