Comprehensive and practical

We all need better sleep and there are so many books out there telling us how to get it, but this book compiles them all together. And it doesn’t take long to read so you can get what you need without wasting time.

I’d heard of many of the tips and tricks in this book but some were new ideas I’d never heard of before. I think my favorite is her curated playlist.

Great place to start

Though the title reaches out to chronic sleepers, there are also hints in this book for those unable to turn off mental stimulation and get to sleep. Concise and to the point, I would recommend it to anyone desiring a better relationship with their bed.

well written and real self-help book

I have to admit, I was a tad weary of reading this book-I’m not a HUGE fan of self-helps and all, but I thoroughly enjoyed reading this as the author wrote it in a way that I could relate to. She did use some of those scientific words, but also opened up little windows into her life.
I experience some sleep issues, and while they are not identical, many of these tips I am super excited to try in my search of my best life! I can see myself dancing in the morning (possibly help my children get up for school) I can see me with affirmations and mantras and laying out my clothes for tomorrow. So many good helpers! I’m so excited!
