Regretting you-
"I think that’s the problem. Teenagers think their parents should have it all figured out, but the truth is, adults don’t really know how to navigate life any better than teenagers do. Your father made some big mistakes, but the things he did wrong in his life shouldn’t discredit all the things he did right. Same goes for your aunt Jenny."
I didnt think it was as good as some others but I enjoyed the read. Family has a LOT of uncovered choices that impact more than just a small few...
Reminders of him-
"Grudges are heavy, but for the people hurting the most, I suppose
forgiveness is even heavier."
With his friend doing his thing and her prison release, I waa thinking more would come from this stoey that unfolded. I do love reading her books so quickly but after some thought, I struggle to see the strong hold of emotion. I did have a heart for the constant yearn of being in the life of your child, but the struggle of a devastating accident or loss for others is hard ro forgive too or forget...making that portion good for the reader to have conflicts with too.

I’m not sure why Layla was boxed with the other two because it is very different. I suggest reading it first or last.

Reread of Reminders of Him before the movies tomorrow night… it was a 5-Star when I read it 3 years ago & it’s a 5-Star read yet again! I can’t love this book enough!
