My ex told me no one would ever want to be with a "fat, broke, single mom of three." My billionaire boss thinks otherwise. After my ex left me high and dry, I need to make things work for my kids. Even if it means getting rejected for jobs over and over again. When my friend gets me an interview with her boss for an interior design job, I think things are finally looking up. That is until I door ding his Tesla and yell at my kids on the phone during the interview. (For the record, running out of peanut butter does NOT count as an “emergency.”) But for some reason… he offers me the job. As a boss, Gage Griffen is intense, driven, and demanding. But under his layers of Armani and grumpy exterior, he’s also generous, kind, and treats my kids the way I wish their dad would. I need to keep my distance, because this job is our fresh start. And messing up this opportunity could ruin everything, including my heart. Hello Billionaire is a grumpy/sunshine rom com featuring a steamy billionaire, a plus-size single mom, three matchmaking children, and one hell of a happily ever after.
My favorite stories are the ones that make you laugh, cry, and feel. In all of my books, you’ll find amazing curvy women, heartwarming moments, and plenty of laughter.
I currently live in Colorado where I watch way too many rom coms, chase my three boys up the mountains (huffing and puffing), and write books for lovely readers like you.
The blurb caught my interest and I couldn’t wait to start reading! Farrah and Cage’s journey was wonderful and heartwarming.
I was excited that both main characters were over 30 y.o.. Farrah was a single mom of 3 kids whom she adored, recently separated from her cheating husband. Cage was a single and very wealthy hero, almost married to his work.
The story was very well written, surrounded by drama, family issues and obstacles. While I liked it and there was emotional depth, I found the characters lacking of passion or deep feelings. The romance was inadequate. Also, Cage declared his love for Farrah’s children, but it was not emotionally supported. I was simply not convinced. However, the children were amazing and very relatable.
I was actually really enjoying this book. Not my usual tropes but this was cute, and fun and paced well. I'm not finishing because Gage is no contact with his parents and Farrah won't enter a relationship with him unless he breaks no contact and mends his relationship with them. I had already almost stopped around 30% because Gage's siblings were pushing him to meet with their parents. Then there was a dinner where he was ambushed. It's great that a lot of people have flowery relationships with their families. I'm someone that didn't have the best relationship with my own father and we were no contact for three years until his death. I still don't regret it because that's what was best for me and my family. Just because you're no contact with someone doesn't mean you don't love them. It just means you're choosing you. I can suspend a lot of reality (my read shelves and ratings depict that) I will not stand for someone, fictional or not, being pressured into breaking no contact for any reason.
Um ma’am what makes you think it’s acceptable to take a bath and pleasure yourself at work in the hotel you are decorating?
I know she doesn’t have a lot of work experience but I would think that’s a pretty obvious no no…?
I guess it makes some kind of twisted sense that I had to read so much about the fancy French bathtubs that I had to read about them being defiled too.
Dnf at 65%. Literally stopped dead in my tracks at: “If you want to take this to the next level with me, involve my children, you need to make amends with your parents, and I need to meet them.”
Like what? His dad is toxic?? No contact is fully acceptable.
Dnf at the 40% mark I tried to love this book after the constant instagram post. I’ve gotten plenty of good reads off my stories but this just wasn’t the one for me. Happy reading everyone !! If you don’t love a book even if you can admit the positives you’re not obligated to finish it 🥰🙃
I was really enjoying this book until I reached the middle. Around this time they both recognized their feelings, wanted to end the NDA and try at a relationship. Well Farrah’s demands put my hackles up because I felt it was all around unfair to Gage. In order to be in a relationship with her, not only did he have to accept her kids which is understandable but he’s pretty much forced to make amends with his parents even if he wasn’t the one at fault.
Maybe that’s not a big deal to some but at least ease him into the idea. He only talked to her about his parents once so the next time his parents is brought up, it’s required they’re on good terms in order for them to continue their relationship. Why?
I don’t know… it just didn’t sit right with me. Instead of a natural makeup between him & his father.. it’s because he only wanted to be with her.
On top of that she wanted him to step back from work which is something she loved about him. Again why?
Outside of that hiccup, more natural easy interaction between him & her kids would have been great to experience. Yes he bought things for them to show interest but what about quality time to grow their relationship?

Whenever I've read a plus-sized romance, the plus-sized aspect of it has been written weirdly, or I just didn't like the book. Hello Billionaire has the perfect representation of a larger MC.
What's with the name Hello Billionaire? Hello Middle-class! Hello Poverty, it's me.....
I found this book to be quite a bit enjoyable. I loved all the characters and the storyline was nice as well. The ending was predictable, but I don't really have anything against it!
1.5 stars rounding up. The first 30%, so cute. Kicking my feet and giggling. Such high hopes. What was the rest of this book?
Ma'am? In what world would it be a good idea to take a bath and have a menage a moi 30 seconds after your boss has left the room? Could ya at least lock the door? I'd ask if you were raised in a barn but your man Gage was and he at least has the decency to be in a closed office. Which isn't okay, but... it's better I guess.
Also, my good lady. Who are you to tell someone that they need to break no contact? No eggplant or meow meow is good enough to EVER make me talk to my birth giver and her sperm donor ever again. You'd look me in the eyes and say "family is really important to me, obviously even though you've treated my kids like your own and you're obviously a good person, I can't be with you unless you violate your boundaries and reconcile with the people who said TERRIBLE things to you simply because ✨️family✨️" and I would pick up my pants and say it's been good ✌️
My dude, you're a billionaire. Grow a backbone and build your own company for jobs. Who gives a flying flippidy dippity about how your relationship makes a politician look. You're gonna lose your girlfriend that you instaloved all over for a politician. For a TEXAS politician to make matters worse? My brother in Christ, please get some help. Also, for a book being so pro-single mother, yay girl omg you still got it who cares about your stretch marks yas queen, you sure are showing how much society REALLY thinks of single moms with that one.
Also, did she give him HPV? The pill doesn't protect from that but I'm not sure if they teach that in Texas sex Ed. Someone please advise?
I don't even know. There's more but I can't right now. Will update more later.

4,5 stars Thank you to the author for providing me with a free copy! ♡
This was such a cute and enjoyable read! Not at all like I thought it would be. Yes, there were some smutty scenes but the overall book itself was so sweet and fun, it had me smiling so many times.
Gage is the billionaire CEO of a company and he hires Farrah to design the interior for their new hotel. It's a bit of grumpy-sunshine at first but they hit it off from the start and there's no denying it. But aside from Farrah being his employee, she's also a mom of 3 and recently devorced and he spends all his time at work, while dealing with family stuff so things get complicated...
I loved the characters, Gage seemed like the grumpy boss type, but he turned out to be a very kind and considering person, which felt kinda refreshing to me. I also loved the interactions between Farrah and her 3 kids and it was fun to see that their relationships were as important to the story as the romance was. And obviously I loved to see the romance between Gage and Farrah develop. I thought it was just a little too sweet at times, which is why I gave it 4,5 stars instead of 5, but that's just me. I highly recommend giving this book a read, you'll have a smile on your face the entire time (well, apart from the Caleb scenes...)!
Everything was good up until she basically gave him an ultimatum of being with her or jeopardizing his mental health, because he doesn’t talk to his parents no more.
He doesn’t talk to them for good reason because when he decided he wanted to expand the ranch more and his father called him every name under the sun and his mom‘s acting like nothing happened. Just because her ex’s family doesn’t like her, now he must feel for it and put his mental health in danger with his toxic parents (girl please 😑).
When he told her about it the first time she sat there and acted like she understood his situation, just to do an Uno reverse when they talk about getting serious. Why does he need to bond with his shit parents who haven’t apologized to him yet and had multiple opportunities to do so, so he can be with you.
So he must accept you as you are with no adjustments but he can’t get the same. Make that make sense. Also why does he need to quit his job to make her happy, she’s obviously doesn’t love him but the idea of him.
She’s a hypocrite.

I couldn't get enough of this book! I wish there was more to it.
Farrah is a plus size single mom of 3 who recently went through a divorce. Her ex-husband is a real piece of 💩. The kids are great. I love her oldest Levi and his development with the plot. I teared up a few times with how great Gage is with the kids. The spicy scenes were 🤌🏻 *chefs kiss* especially that first one. I do wish that we got more of her ex-husbands reaction to Farrah and Gage since he was such a 🍆 and said no one would ever want to be with a plus size single mom. I want to see his karma.
It started out strong but it's like the author lost sight of the story and just started daydreaming some kind of fairytale, unrealistic crap. And then suddenly, for the first time, you were in the POV of her 14 year old son. That was the last straw for me. Over and out. Also, the spicy scenes were poorly written. No bueno.
it was a cute story, I just felt that there was a lack of chemistry with the characters and at times their bond and his bond with the children just wasn’t there. however, the found family trope definitely hit.
Early on in this book, I didn’t think I was going to like it. I’m not usually one to read books about slightly “older” heroines with a gaggle of kids but I wanted to give it a chance.
I got attached to Gage first and his internal dialogue. He couldn’t help his rampant thoughts about Farrah. I really liked how he seemed to be falling for him from the start. Eventually I started liking Farrah as well. Even her kids grew on me. During the few Levi chapters, I really felt his pain.
When Gage did what he did at the dark spot and just let it sit, I think he broke my heart right along with Farrah’s. That’s how I knew it was a good book.
Another great book in the Hello series! I love every book Kelsie Hoss writes. I love how head strong and independent Farrah is. She has such amazing growth throughout the book. I love it. She’s puts everyone above herself and only wants the best for her family and loved ones. She’s the type of person I aspire to be. Getting to know Gage was fun. He was a great MMC. I loved how he would do anything for Farrah and her kids. Can’t wait for more of the Griffen family.
It’s great to get someone who’s plus size in romances but this fell flat. The part that really bothered me was when she pushed for him to make up with his parents without knowing everything about what might have happened between them. She took her insecurities about her ex’s family not liking her out on him by doing that and some people have toxic family members who they cannot have a relationship with. I almost couldn’t finish the book because of it. If someone gave me that ultimatum without even knowing my family or the full situation I would’ve said see ya and picked my mental health over her demands. Plus giving up his job, which I’m pretty sure was fulfilling for him, and a lot of other things just to be with her? Be realistic. She probably wouldn’t give hers up so why did he have to give up his? It felt all wrong by the end.

It started off so well. She was a sunshine-cute, recent divorcee with 3 children and he was a grumpy billionaire CEO. The story lost me when she laid down the ultimatum that he go make amends with his parents. His dad was an absolute dick to him and made very little effort to apologize for it for years. It was not Gage's place to make the first step and her arrogance was galling. I hate read the rest of the story and absolutely hated Farrah by the end.
It gets a 2.5 from me. This is the third book by this author I've tried to read and don't think I can deal with anymore.

Farrah is a new single mom and that to go looking for a job and she ends up working for billionaire Gage. This book has a lot of other characters that make the story so good. I love her kids they were all so sweet and I loved all the banter in this book. Thank you to Wildfire for this arc !
This was actually really cute. It does have a third act break up but it’s actually a deep dive into Gage so not too bad. 4.5 stars, but 5 because I’m a sucker for a single mom trope.
While I liked the plot and the idea behind the story line, there were some things I just didn’t like. The bathtub scene was so out of place and inappropriate for someone like Farrah’s character. Giving Gage the ultimatum of breaking his NC relationship with his parent, or she wouldn’t be with him was also super inappropriate. Also, paparazzi weren’t allowed to be in the restaurant that they had dinner with his siblings, but they were still able to get pictures of them eating? Make it make sense. I also found it weird, as much as I loved it for her, that Mia was promoted from a PA/Secretary directly to CEO of the company. However, I did love that Levi had a couple of chapters from his POV so that we were able to see some stuff happening from outside of the relationship. And I love love love Farrah’s parents.
