This book was a truly satisfying read. The pacing in the previous installments had started to feel a bit slow, with the story progression lagging, but the author has definitely corrected course here.
The plot development in this volume is solid and well-paced. It strikes a great balance—delivering genuine tension, high-stakes danger, and well-executed action sequences, while still weaving in plenty of funny moments to keep the tone engaging.
It is definitely a good read and a clear step up for the series. The author did a great job bringing the momentum back on track, and I’m looking forward to seeing where the story goes in the next book.

Another Great Volume as We Speed to the End
For those who don't know the series ends in V 13 (due in En on 1/7/25), so the story has picked up pace with wars and rumors of wars, and the niggling question of what or who are these reincarnation people anyways? Fun and quick read!

Phenomenal story!
It was a beautiful work! I really enjoyed the characters, the story, the twins in the tournament. It really made me turn the page! Phenomenal job! I really can’t wait to read the next installment.

This was a good volume, but the overall tone takes a turn in the epilogue. I’m glad to see Leon finally give his ladies some physical signs of affection, although he needs to pick up the pace. (71K)

"It's bad enough my sister has five boyfriends, but why do I need to financially support them all?" If you can relate to this sentiment, then this is the series for you.
