It was meant to be a game. A way of surviving and gaining some money, but somewhere along the line emotions got involved, and I lost all perspective. They did too. No matter what they might like to pretend, those four troubled men got as swept up in the dangerous allure as I did. They pushed me to my limits and beyond, but I pushed them, too. One of them couldn’t take it though, and our pact fell apart. I ran. I ran fast and far but instead of running to safety, I raced straight into the arms of danger. Who will save me now? Are they missing me? Do my broken, messed up men think about me as much as I think about them? My new captor thinks he holds all the cards, but my time on the island has taught me how to play his depraved games, and I will fight with all I have.

The ending of this series did not disappoint - what an ending to a story-line. Let's be clear - you do need to read the first two books in this series or this book will not make much sense. But if you have read them, you will not be sorry to read this one. This is action-packed from start to end. And it isn't until Honor disappears (at the end of book 2) that Asher, Brody, Wilder and Rafferty realize that the games they played with her were way more than just games. This is a hot and steamy reverse harem story that will keep the reader engaged from start to end. What a great book and great series this was. Well done!.

PLEASE READ TRIGGER WARNINGS BEFORE READING THIS SERIES
This book was definitely the closure I needed but not the ending I was hoping for. I think I was waiting and wishing for more, I don’t know, more excitement? Smut? Growth? I truly don’t know, but this book gave me the closure I need it for not wanting to keep looking forward for more of this serie, it was a cute ending with a HEA and growth for all of the main characters. The scene before the last scene was soo hot and the best when all of the characters could be themselves and accept everything of everyone and their situation. It does has very strong and stressful parts that can’t trigger some people so please be careful. Overall it was such a good series I will have it in mind to reread it in a close by future.
So now Honor is missing... she's been taken... now then men are not happy. Now she has 4 men looking for her. They also are looking for Pastor Wren. Crazy thing is its all tied together. I kind of assumed that would happen but either way, it's an amazing story with a wonderful ending. Tons of action and twists. Loved how Honor wanted to change the way they took their vengeance against the pastor. Highly recommend!

I feel like this was a very disappointing conclusion. I think it honestly tried to go too big for the length of the book with the kidnapping and child pornography ring. I was sure the assistant was going to come back in as a problem at some point, but her whole temper tantrum situation seems to have just been a temper tantrum with no story adding value and really, it just didn't hold up.
I think honestly, if they had just made it about 5 people who have survived trauma and are still struggling with it, but come together for brutal primal sex, it would have been great. The first book I thought was great, the second I wasn't as sold on but I thought it had potential but this one just disappointed.
It's fine. It's not bad. I think the authors make a few judgemental comments in it which don't feel particularly necessary so feel more like authors own feelings on things. The characters definitely didn't fill out anymore.
Wilder was suddenly Wrens favourite but that hadn't been mentioned before. Asher was full on suicidal then a full on teddy bear. They gave up on years long mission for vengeance (I mean they still got it in a way, but in no way like they planned) and went out with a public bang which felt very much out of character. They developed a deep and long lasting love in a matter of about 10 days, and decided to have a baby.
This book wraps up Honor's story. She has been taken from the island by her stepfather and has no idea what he plans to with her. Brody is blaming himself, which he should, and the other three guys are mad as heck over her abduction. They immediately start using their resources and experience to figure out where Don is taking her and making plans to take her back. Their own nemesis will be involved which will shake them. Not going to spoil the story for you. I was really worried about what might happen to Honor, but her men will come through for her.

Broken Limits is third and final book in the trilogy. A steamy standalone novel with no cheating or cliffhanger and ends with a happily-ever-after. An exquisitely written story with damage characters and a complex and twisty storyline that captures your attention from start and keeps you hooked and turning the pages until the end. A fast paced, pulse-pounding action packed story with depraved individuals that gravitates to sadism. A dark, raw, and gripping story. Captivating, dirty and decadent. I finished this final book in the series, and I must say... I am disappointed. All 3 books could have been combined into 1 and been just fine, rather than chopping it up into 3 really short ones.
The characters just barely seemed to really know much about each other, and then after about 10 days, they are deeply in love and planning children together? It didn't really feel real to me.
This book seemed to be wayyy stretched out, too. The first half could have been reduced dramatically, but it just kept dragging on with her captivity and the guys trying to find her. I actually got bored.
Plus, it was just too coincidental that the pastor and her stepfather were working together. That was just too wrapped up neatly.
I came across one typo at about 82%-ish, but other than that, there haven't been any grammatic issues in the whole series.
I don't think I would read this series again, and I don't know if I would recommend it, unless someone is looking for something specifically like this.
4.5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐💫 BROKEN LIMITS brings us to the long-awaited climax for Honor, Rafferty, Wilder, Brody, and Asher. And boy, what a climax! I loved how their story ended, but I have to be honest, the non-consensual nature of the circumstance Honor finds herself in made me very uncomfortable. But then I’d be very worried if it hadn’t. There are scenes that are emotionally difficult to read, but that’s to be expected considering what’s happening. It certainly makes the rest of the story that much more meaningful. It's been a unique journey for these partners and the ending is surely well-deserved. There are definitely some surprising outcomes that only add to the overall fascination for this compelling and captivating tale. I have, without a doubt, enjoyed reading this fascinating and intriguing romance.
This one was a bit darker of the 3 in this series. A good potion of this book takes place off the island. Her stepfather is finally delt with and so is the preacher, neither had the fates i thought they would but it made it all the better! This really took some turns I wasn’t expecting. They all get the happy ending they want and definitely deserved! I wish it would have given more details between the church and jumping 6 months. This series built up everything with the preacher so much and it felt rushed once it finally came to a head. They also all kept talking about sleeping arrangements and how everything would work but it never shows any of those conversations. Would have loved a proposal and just all around more at the end. But I did still love the ending and 100% recommend this series!

She was supposed to become their maid, she ended up becoming their prey in a five-hunt game.
And I became obsessed with this trilogy, couldn't stop reading, had to change my plans to pick up book 2 not long after finishing book 1 because they end on cliffhangers and you want to know what happens next.
Honor is escaping her past, there's suspense surrounding her story and the guys have a dark past as well. it takes time to get answers but they are so worth it. It's disturbing but addicting and I love the writing so much.
The smut is so great and I'm absolutely checking out other books from this author in the future!
I think this had a lot more going for it than the first book but I got really annoyed with Brody in the first half of the book. I understand the need for them but it felt like whining a lot of the time. Additionally, I got frustrated when she didn’t listen to him when she really needed to. I think the ending was handled well and honestly a preferred outcome to what I thought would happen but the epilogue seemed too quick. I will say the thing I appreciate the most was that it wasn’t super easy for them to find her. They couldn’t just rely on their skills and have their abilities magically find her instantly. I like that they were forced to rely on out sources and really made it seem more believable. Overall, a decently fun series I enjoyed reading my first primal play.
Wow! Marissa Farrar and SR Jones really ended this series with a bang! I've enjoyed every book - each having it's own flavour - and this was no exception. Honor has been taken by her step-father, and the suspense and discomfort is immense while Rafferty, Brody, Wilder and Asher work to track her down. Through twists and turns, bargaining and violence, hard decisions, and special moments between Honor and her 4 men - both sexy and tender - we finally get to the fabulous and satisfying HEA.

This is the 3rd book in this author’s The Limit Series. I’m not a reverse harem reader but I didn’t notice til after I took it but, I do like SR Jones so I decided to give it a try. I liked that the story was mostly made up of conversations and situations and little inner dialogue. Once I started reading I found it hard to,put down and read it rather quickly. It kept my interest and was entertaining to read. Even though the topic is out of my wheelhouse, the story was well written and I will probably seek out the rest of the series.

Perfectly written book that has everything you would want it has drama, suspense, thrills and a whole lot of romance. The characters are amazing as well as all of the twists and turns of this page turner can bring. A storyline that will tug at your heartstrings and want the underdogs to win the fight against the crooked people that's hurting others. This story deals with several different subjects and brings them all together as one. The ending is beautiful just the way it should go with the four men that became heroes and the woman that saved them from themselves.

Normally, I don't read reverse harem but I am familiar with the author SR Jones and if she's involved I want to read it. This series has been on my to read list and once this third installment was up for review, I pretty much spent the next two days reading it all. This series has been one of the best written reverse harem books I have read, there's well rounded characters with progressive character growth and a lot of kinky interactions in between. There's reasons why they are how they are and how well it all fits together. Definitely a series I would reread.

This book had me on the edge of my seat. The first to books were *chef’s kiss* and I could not get enough. I could not wait to read the third book of this series and it kept me guessing and also learning more and more about the characters and what they’d do. I’m not always a fan of dual POV books, especially when there are 5 main characters and they each take a turn. I sometimes feel lost when changing POV each chapter and it forces me to stop reading or even question who’s POV I am reading in. This author has some of my favorite books, they are well put together, keep me entertained, and makes me want to experience some of the scenes in this book in real life.
After reading all there books in this series, I can say I fully enjoyed the series. Some parts of it did become overly redundant with the guys internal monologues giving us the same information over and over again. I will say I was shook when Don showed up and took Honor from the island. I just wish we were told how he found her to begin with. The twist with pastor Wren I never saw coming until it happened leaving me gasping! The guys coming to the realization in this book how they truly felt about Honor was enough to make a girl swoon even more. Definitely stuck true to the trope of the guy willing to burn the world for the one girl he loves.

Love Marissa’s books and the Limits series is one of my favourites. Our FMC Hannah starts off without a clue about the guys but in this final book they have all established relationships and trust, love the way their relationship has developed over the series. The book is fast paced and full of action, always love final books as everything gets wrapped up and all the questions answered. Love all four guys but think my favourite is Asher. An entertaining read.
This picks up right where book 2 finished...and let me tell you it takes about half of the book to finally get to a place that is where I loved it. I understand that things cannot get rushed and it all unfolded perfectly without any gaps, which I appreciated. There are definitely some new k:nk$ added which is a lot of fun and a huge one I always love, but not this time! It is written perfectly and of course there is a HEA. I devoured this book in a day and I hope we get a small novella in the future.

REVIEW An explosive ending to a thrillingly good series. Honor has been taken, and Rafferty, Brody, Asher, and Wilder are all blaming themselves, and will not give up until they find her. Who has her though? All of them have a past of abuse at the hands of deranged men so it's anyone's guess. The ending will leave you on pins and needles. Honor is one strong female, and she has the love of four powerful men. What more could a woman want? Will she want them when all is said and done?

Broken Limits is book three and the final book in The Limits series. This book picks up after the cliffhanger ending in Brutal Limits book two of the series. From the beginning of book one to the last page of Broken Limits this series us to the dark and dirty side and I loved every delicious page. Honor and the guys go through a lot in this book but it made getting their hea that much steamier. This is one series that I will be rereading in the future just in case I missed something. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
what a story! for sure you will need to suspend some of your beliefs for some parts of the plot points because it just doesn't make senses or way too convenient but really read it for these 5 characters.
-dark novella -RH - definitely love how they got separated and these 4 men will do anything to get her back :') -some sword crossing and MM! Ouff Raff and Wilder!? Damnnn so hot! kink: breeding kink, MM moments, lots of fluids! "keep them in", rough, hand necklace
This series was sooo good! I absolutely devoured this final book! Watching these four men who have gone threw so much fall for this small innocent woman was so good! Watching them open up to her and let her in even when it was hard. Even though it took some longer than others they all knew she was the one.
Honor helped bring them even closer and show them that there was more to life than revenge. She helped them discover more of who they truly were, when they themselves didn't even know it's what they truly desired or wanted.
For a second there in the beginning I thought we might have another Hunting Adeline <\i> situation on our hands, but thank god it didn’t go that far.
This book had less smut and more plot than the others, but I really enjoyed it. The story came full circle at the end, and all major questions had been answered.
The one thing that does bug me though is if Asher is a hacker or into the dark web side of things, how come he couldn’t just hack into her stepfathers credit card accounts? Why all the extra steps when he could probably have done it himself 💀
This book was good but it was rushed. At this point. Honor is taken by her stepfather. The guys realize what happened and come to a decision that she is perfect for them and they need to get her back. They are tracking her stepfather and put their revenge to the side. I won’t give anymore than that but I will say I was only mildly disappointed that there wasn’t more spice in this one.
I have always loved SR Jones before reading The Limit series, but I had never read anything by Marissa Farrar. Together these to authors wrote a phenomenal series, the third book was everything that I hoped for. This was an amazing, dark reverse harem and I am glad I read it. This book really opened my eyes to dark romances and how enjoyable they can be to read.

Books one and two were absolutely amazing! I'm happy say this one did not disappoint. This is the conclusion book of the series that ties everything up, and let me just say wow!! Loved it!!
The idea behind the plot was so creative. The writing was well done and so encapturing that I felt I didn't want to put it down.
