Look what he got for a 20 dollar gold piece.
This was really interesting time travel piece. The author gave both povs and the intermix of a mystery and love story was very well done. I liked the main characters and the villain was truly horrible. It is a quick book to read but so worth the time. I did receive a free copy of this book from Hidden Gems and voluntarily chose to review it.

Time Traveling
Harvest Moon is the second in the series. It is a stand along, meaning you can read it prior to reading the first in the series, Solstice Moon. This story does leave you wanting more though 😉. Good news though, the author is adding another to the story line. I can't wait to grab it once it is released.

I love time travel stories when they're done well. The first story in this two-book series was better than this second one. The story was okay. The errors were very distracting, so better editing might have helped. I finished reading it to see if they stayed in the past or went to Jake's time in the future.
