THE ANONYMOUS BRIDE
Lookout Texas, a place he hadn’t expected to return to. Washing off the dirt and letting his horse drink at the lake. When three kids throwing rocks, and yelling to get away from their swimming hole. The action startled his horse and knocked Luke into the water. Pranks, but not throwing stones at an animal. Turned out the one he caught was a girl, and the child of someone he once loved. He is the new Marshall for the town. Which for Rachel meant he would be having supper at her boarding place, and keeping his house and washing done up. Is the love still there, and when mail order brides come she will be challenged, but will she say anything.

Really liked these books. This is a new author for me. I loved the way the author wrapped the Gospel and God’s forgiveness throughout the books. To me, a good Christian book helps me to reflect on my faith as I read. This was a fun read. Liked the characters. After reading the first book I was so glad I had all three books in the trilogy. I can’t wait to loan this trilogy to my daughter because I know she will love it too.

Love these stories! Their is adventure, humor, romance, good characters, everything you'd want. They're not too preachy either. You'll hear a bit about "what's God's plan for me" type of soliloquy and "I need to forgive but it's so hard..." kind of speech but thats about it. There are tidbits of a preacher's sermon in the last book but no "doctrinal filler". Just good clean reads.

It was repetitive way to much, but I enjoyed it anyway.

I would give this trilogy a 3.5 star. I liked the first and the third books better than the second.
